Colonial Roofing went above and beyond the scope of work by giving me options of quality materials to choose from, complete inspection of decking after shingle demo and kept me informed of all damages and work needed to repair structural issues due to water damage. Colonial also helped with insurance claim that for some of us home owners find to be a difficult task. My family’s roof replacement was know easy task due to the pitch of the roof and heavy duty materials used to upgrade and complete our roof. The tech who came to inspect did not speak or understand English, so it was a somewhat unwelcome surprise to find that sealing flashing around a vent generated a charge of $350. this is apparently the minimum charge, however.
