Cantrell roofing came to my rescue and did an outstanding job on our new roof today.March of 2023 our home had hail damage and I called Tral Roofing from Conroe Tx to help us out. We live in Crockett Tx and had moved here a year ago from Spring Tx. We scheduled and signed a contract with Teal Roofing and paid Mike upfront for the work. After months and months of not being lied to by Mike M of Teal Roofing we contacted Bryan Cantrell with Cantrell roofing. Bryan came out gave us a lower bid and did the work within days. I recommend Cantrell Roofing for major home projects. Here are the key points of my experience from an insurance claim due to a major hail storm:Roofing: Completed in a day with great communication. Upgraded tiles used, offering potentially better hail protection. Finished in one day.Windows: (subcontractor) Successfully negotiated with USAA for custom replacements. One oversight caused a delay, but overall exceptional quality level of work.Siding: (subcontractor) Initial subcontractor pulled out, but Cantrell Roofing ensured the transition to another was smooth, organizing with USAA to cover the cost difference. This second siding contractor was amazingly good, and I had the feeling the siding was hand crafted for my house. It took longer, but well worth it.Painting & Door: (subcontractor) Good quality but could've had better value for money, given the insurance money provided.Issues: One employee drove over part of my lawn. The roofers didn't inform me of an unstable chimney, which would have been good to know.In sum, the project exceeded $65k and was mostly of exceptional quality, with a small portion being good quality. Scope of project meant it took several months to complete. Minor hiccups but overall a good experience.

Worst company ever!! They gave me a miss matched roof. They didn’t tell me to leave the home or cover anything and my entire family got very I’ll from toxic exposure from the dust and chemicals from the roof as well as carbon monoxide poising from their generator. Now we are finding a cracked plumbing drain vent pipe that has now caused water damage and ruined our wood flooring. All this is happening from getting a new roof and no one told us and they do not want to take responsibility at all!

Please don’t confuse the speed of their work as a slight. The roof was replaced and repaired in one day as all of the workers seemed to be completely in synch. We recently needed a new roof because one of the F4 tornados that hit the Canton area in 2017, did damage to the old roof. We were amazed at how friendly and responsive Cantrell roofing was. We decided the material we wanted, Bryan discussed the class rating and price and quality of the material. He set a time and we were on our way with a new roof. My claim was through USAA, and made during our COVID pre-rapture event (lol). They referred me to Cantrell roofing. Within a couple of days I received a call from John E. I live in the Temple area and he drove down from Arlington to start the process on evaluating and replacing my roof. He kept me informed. The work crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job. They finished when they said they finish and they actually did a trailer house for me at the same time. Their workmanship seemed to be excellent. Cantrell replaced my roof four years ago. Last week I noticed a roof shingle on the ground next to my house. I called Cantrell Roofing to ask if someone would come out to see what the problem was. They did not respond for three days. When they did respond, the owner told me he would not come out to inspect the roof because the three year workmanship warranty expired. I called another roofer who came out the same day and told me the shingles had not been properly nailed down and quickly repaired Cantrell's faulty work. If you expect Cantrell to provide quality service or customer loyalty - forget it!
