Technician Richard is the man! A very friendly gentleman who is quick to respond to texts and calls. Puts my mind at ease and can typically talk me through the problem over the phone. If that doesn’t work, he shows up quickly and takes care of the issue. He really knows the ins and outs of septic systems and I highly recommend Countryside for his knowledge and helpfulness alone

I have been happy with the service and maintenance they have given. They are quite busy so there are times when the routine maintenance gets a little behind but are always responsive when I call about a problem or needed repair. Richard Charles is the rep who has done efficient and knowledgeable maintenance and repairs on my rather complicated septic system. I appreciate his friendliness and professionalism. This company has maintained my septic system since it was installed many years ago.

Jason & Robert installed our monster septic system at our new home construction site last week, it was awesome to watch and Jason was so cool about teaching me everything they were doing as I had never seen this work done before. He dug a 14 foot by 7 ft by 7ft hole in horrible rock conditions and when it was done I could have MOVED IN and lived down there it was so perfect and clean!!!!Countryside Construction is absolutely amazing and we would HIGHLY recommend them for ANY of your Septic Services..... They want to charge 3% surcharge for you to pay your service invoice with a credit card. So you have a $1000 repair bill due in 30 day or they charge interest and if you want to use a credit card they're tacking on another $30. This is the sort of antiquated, small town business practice that costs a company future business. I've been a customer for 12 years, but there won't be a 13th.Service: Septic system installation

I've just had the worst time with this company. Sure they're nice people but they don't reply to emails in a timely manner. I have to email them over and over and over again just to get any kind of reply. They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to finish their septic job and it has now been several months. I can't even get them to come out and bury my septic tank completely. One guy came out and brought a bucket of dirt and said he'd be the back the next day. That was days ago and nobody has even shown up to finish this job. Anytime they tell you they're going to do something, it doesn't happen and you end up waiting forever for anything to happen.

We were tied to Countryside Construction for the 1-years after we bought our house in NBTX after moving from Drip. The system was installed a year before we bought the house, so I guess we just got screwed on the two-year service contract that came with the house.The septic system never worked correctly since day one and has always smelled or had an alarm going off.Their service guy that came out several times never fixed anything and because he could never smell it, said it was not an issue. The alarm would repeatedly go off as it would not function properly to pump the processed water to the sprinklers.Our service contract finally expired this month (blessing) and I had a real septic service company come out. Turns out that the entire system was wired incorrectly, the floats were incorrectly set, the rock in the black tank was not installed correctly.The pump was set to run non-stop, which killed the pump and completely melted the PVC pipe connecting it. I wish I would have snapped a pic of this pump, it was a mess for a 2-year old pump.The new company had it all fixed in a few hours after rewiring everything and installing a new pump. This cost me $900 and I paid it happily as the system now works as intended.Furthermore, just after we moved in, we had called Countryside to try to diagnose the issue with the septic. We had thought we were under some sort of warranty, with it being a new system and all. Well, it turns out that not only will Countryside not service or install your system correctly, they will charge you if you need them to come out and repair their shoddy work. I got a very rude call from the owner about 4 months after this service call demanding that I pay him the service fee immediately. I had never received an invoice until I asked for one.If you are considering building and need an aerobic system installed look elsewhere. If you need your system routinely serviced, run from this company. I wish that we would have fired them from the get go instead of hanging on to that service contract that came with the house.Service: Septic system installation

Had my system installed December 2014 by Countryside Construction. They were not the lowest price but came highly recommended to me. They did an outstanding job and were very careful with our trees and property. The system is working fine and I am completely satisfied! I felt they went above and beyond to do a very good job!

I waited 2 months for an appointment that was promised in 2 weeks. They are not honest, make promises they do not keep. I inherited the service plan from the seller of new home. Horrible customer service! We had a new Norweco system installed for our new construction home and within the first six months in the house, the electronic control panel went out twice and the floats in the system went out. They tried to charge us for each problem even though we were under warranty. Even when one control panel went out in the first month in the house. The tech said it could have gotten wet from all the rain we had, how is that my fault? Then within the first year, the aerator went out in the system. We waited over 2 weeks for someone to come out and look at the problem after we called every other day to tell them that the alarms were going off and we were nervous to continue using the system. They had to ship the aerator to the factory to fix it and we were told that it would take 2 weeks to replace the part and six weeks later it finally gets put back in. Each and every time they tried to charge us $100 for shipping new parts in. How does everything cost $100 to ship? And if it really did, that should be an overnight charge, but we waited weeks for each problem to get fixed. I had to call and speak to the owner every time about what they were trying to charge us to fix things. Not only is the Norweco system a piece of garbage, but this company is the only company in the area to service this system. What a scam and I would not recommend these scam artists to anybody.

Do not use this company. They will sabotage your system, so they have to come out more. They did it to both mine and my neighbors. Never fixed our problems. We bought brand new and it never worked right. Called clear choice and it finally is working.

UPDATED 11/2016: (Problem was fixed within a few weeks of this review without a charge for our brand new system, which was no operating correctly after we moved in. Countryside did stand up to their work and products and has done a good job fixing the problem!) Previous issue: We just used them for a septic system for new build house. We have been in house for less than 2 months and "red" high alert septic alarm has gone off twice, which we were told should be extremely rare. We hadn't used any increased amounts of water and they texted today saying that we have to pay for service calls even though it was a $10,000 system and we have been in house for less than 60 days and it hasn't worked properly since we moved in.

I HIGHLY recommend using Countryside Construction for installing and maintaining your septic system. Mr. Walker Chapman, the owner of Countryside Construction, is a trustworthy upstanding person and business man. He stands by his product and services to make things right for his customers. In this day and age, there are not many people or businesses that you can count on in this way. In addition, all of the other gentlemen who work for him were very respectful and made great effort to take care my property while working my septic system.Several of my neighbors are currently having problems with their septic systems that were installed with a DIFFERENT company due to the system not being installed properly in the first place. They are receiving NO assistance or help from the company they used.Knowing this, it gives me great peace of mind and security in knowing that my septic system IS installed properly, IS maintained properly, and IF something were to go wrong that Mr. Chapman would see to it to make things right.You will not go wrong with choosing Countryside Construction.

Our experience with Countryside Construction has been stressful and dissapointing to say the least. Our home is a new build, completed in August of 2020, we purchased and moved in the 2nd week of August. We made our first service call to Countryside in October when we noticed water starting to make small puddles in the bottom of our yard, which is a slope (we have an aerobic system). A tech came out and looked at the issue, basically he told us it was above his position to diagnose an issue and went through some basic septic information with us. Shortly after I again contacted Countryside, because no one ever followed up as we were told, and we were now having a larger issue, the small puddles were beginning to turn into pools and the entire bottom half of our yard was a squishy mess. Since October, Ive had numerous techs come out and attempt to tell us what was wrong with our system, and one tried to fix it, per instructions from the engineer. I have called an opened a countless amount of tickets, no one gets back to me. Ive called and inquired, and rarely someone shows up, when they do its usually days or even weeks later. I spoke directly with the owner, Walker, who condescendingly referred to me as "sweetie". He blamed multiple items for the issue we are having, including us the home owners, and his engineer. I spoken directly with the engineer, who assured me it was a simple fix. A tech came and applied this simple fix, and it did nothing. We are now in late February of 2021, and the yard is simply not useable.The unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service with Countryside is one of the worst business models I've ever dealt with. I strongly urge anyone considering using them to reconsider, and if you are currently stuck with them, forgo the headache and choose another company ASAP.Services: Septic system installation, Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair

And Jason maneuvers that large tractor in ways and spaces I never thought possible. I am very happy with the service I received, and Linda was awesome!
