The team was punctual (actually about 5 to 10 minutes early). After everyone arrived, they set up their things and got straight to work. There was no clowning or playing around. They took their breaks and got back to work. They took their lunch and got right back to work. Timely and efficient. They arrived a little before 6 or 7 a.m. and completed the work the same day. When they finished the work, they cleaned up everything the way it was!! Awesome!! The contractor was hands-on, kept in touch, continued to provide status updates, he sent pictures of the progress and always returned calls, texts, and emails. We had a number of roofing companies ring our doorbell after a recent hailstorm. I vetted them all but selected Shield based on a positive experience a neighbor had with them. I also felt that Daniel, our account manager/sales rep was very much a straight shooter and was able to lay out specifics of the project that their competitors glossed over. The project went extremely well. The quality of work was top notch, the post project cleanup was done well, they provided valuable suggestions on incorporating solar shingles into the project, and they handled all of the interaction needed with our insurance company. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any roofing work.

I am definitely not a fan of door to door selling, HOWEVER I must admit that I am very impressed with a gentleman that came by just moments ago in Arlington. He didn't have a permit, ID or vest - I let him know it's required in our city, he sincerely apologized, shook my hand and went back to the construction site, did not knock on any more houses cause they "want to do things right". Very impressed, can see why my neighbor is going with their company. When the time comes for services, I will absolutely reach out to them.

They did a very thorough inspection of the work required and helped me work with my insurance company to get all required repairs included in the claim. This was the most pleasant experience I've had related to roof replacement by far. My contact Patrick J. spent time with me explaining the process, how they'd help me if the insurance co. pushed back on covering something, and what my out-of-pocket costs would be clearly up front. Brandy, the office admin. contact, was super efficient at scheduling and communicating with all the crews/sub-contractors on work to be completed, and the roofers and other subs left my yard cleaner than I could have hoped from all the debris and nails. I have dogs, so I'm super concerned about them stepping on sharp objects or debris, and there was nothing to follow-up on. My roofs (I had an out building/shed that got roof replaced also) look sooo good, and haven't had a leak happen once since they installed it. You won't be disappointed working with this company.

Patrick and the team at Shield roofing did a Fabulous job for us when our roof was damaged in a wind storm. Patrick coordinated with our insurance adjuster and was able to point out items to the adjuster that they had missed. This helped us to get our roof replaced and also our damaged gutters. Shield roofing started on time to on our roof removal and replaced the roof. They were responsive to every call and email I sent them and so easy to work with on the items needed for the roof to be replaced. The roof is of good quality and good value. We chose Shield Roofing for our new roof and gutters in May 2023. We r absolutely pleased with the every aspect of service. Daniel Nepal was the Project Manager!!We have never experienced such excellent service and attention to detail from beginning to total finish. Daniel showed us many samples and made suggestions to compliment our exterior with the roof. Absolutely NO pressure at any time. Daniel was hands on thru the entire project. The team arrived at 7 a.m. as did Daniel! They were prepared to work, completely qualified and respectful. Daniel was on sight all day with the crew ensuring the job was perfect. The roof looks Great and gutters were a nice finishing touch. They carefully removed all debris along with a large magnet to detect any nails on the premises. Daniel checked the grounds again the next day to ensure safety for us and our small dogs! We highly recommend Shield Roofing and Daniel Nepal! I just had my roof replaced by Shield Roofing and Contracting Inc. of Dallas, Texas. It looks great. They are a great company to work with and showed professionalism in their work. Our flat patio roof was leaking at the chimney & after having two other roofers out that we weren't happy with, our neighbor recommended using Shield Roofing. We couldn't be happier with our experience. They came out to patch the problem until we could schedule for the permanent repair / install. Patrick was our project manager, he was thorough in his inspection, answered all my questions, ensured we understood & explained everything to us, was timely & went above & beyond to fix the problem. He didn't try to sell us on additional services & his team completed the project in one day. They cleaned up all the demo / backyard nicely which was important to us since we have dogs. Shield put on a new roof for us. Patrick and Shannon were great from start to finish! They came out and explained the process and showed us the quality materials they use. The materials showed up right when we were told. The crew showed up right when we were told. The day we had the work done it was very windy. They kept debris from blowing down the street. My neighbor even came over and commented on how they were keeping the trash from his yard. The roof looks awesome! Daniel was on sight the whole time to make sure everything went right. After they were done they ran magnets across the driveway multiple times to get all the nails. All debris was cleaned up after job. The service provided by Shield Roofing was superb, to say the least!!! I found them online through a Google search for a roof repair on my parents' home. My parents and I are pleased with the services and will be using Shield for all of their roofing services. My wife and I also have found an honest and straight forward company, for any future roofing needs, on our own home. We are most please that Shield Roofing was very honest about what repair was needed and did not recommend a full roof replacement, which was not needed. I was even advised by Shield Roofing to not let another roof company try to recommend a full roof replacement, even if we choose not choose them for the job, because it was not needed.
