This company is amazing, they did everything they said they would do and they were for fast. They came out gave me the cost, I got with my insurance company appointment and they came to help me out. They gave me a day that they would do the roof came out and did it all in one day. The roof is beautiful and every thing ran so smoothly, I would recommend them to you if you need a great roof.

My wife and I live in Cape Coral Florida. When hurricane Ian hit we were hesitant to trust many of the contractors that were out in the neighborhood. After a nasty hail storm I reached out to Star 1 to come look at my roof. They were fast, friendly and handled everything with my insurance company. James is top notch and a true professional. These guys did a phenomenal job! I had a competing roofing company that continued to raise the price of their quote and squeeze me for more and more money.I called Star 1 Roofing and they were out to my home 3 days later replacing everything and were straight to the point with the cost.The Project Manager even took time out of his day to patch the roof before construction began to make sure the damage didn't get any worse!Do not waste your time looking elsewhere, CALL THESE GUYS TODAY! 😄Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation

The service was great had my roof replaced no issues the guys did a great job. My issue was customer service after the repair. Part of the work began to leak after. I tried several times to get out fixed, even had two of their guys come to the house. One did not fix it correctly and the other promised to come back and fix the issue but never returned. Not sure why such a as mix up but I’ve paid another company to fix the work. Would love to give them 5 stars because the actual roof replacement was awesome, but I can’t with the issues I had after the fact.Service: Roof repair

My elderly stepfather recently had to purchase a new roof around the same time frame when my mother passed away. Since he struggles with memory issues, I helped him with the process. Our project manager, Blake, could not have been more professional or kind to our family. He made the entire process incredibly easy, explaining each step and thoroughly answering all of our questions. Today he reached out to follow up and see if we had any other concerns. I called them to do a roof inspection before I called my insurance company and they answered immediately, sent someone out immediately, and then called to advise me on the condition of my roof in less than an hour. They have been quick to respond throughout the process and I highly recommend!

To whom it may concern. I Judy Neville inadvertently sent a bad review to this company. It should have gone to one in colorado. I have never had any dealings with this one at all and cannot have any knowledge about their practices. Since screwing up as I did, have had a couple of conversations with them and they seem to be an honest upstanding company very concerned about their image as you might expect. I am sorry for the misunderstanding it was totally my fault. And none of theirs.

Star 1 roofing and construction is by far the best company to use. I have known work they did for other people and I had to get my roof done this last year due to hail damage and I got what is your typical company that wanted to throw in extra “charges” and they weren’t bad but this recent storm has caused some damage and my neighbors are getting work done already well it turns out I know the family whose company this is and I contacted Anthony Verdi, there sales manager and I am going with them for several reasons that I don’t see anyone contradicting me as to why. I’ve known Mr. Verdi for a while and he is the most honest, customer service based and knowledgeable businessman I know. I’ve seen the work they’ve done on their own home and it’s just a complete 180. I contacted him after seeing my roof and saw numerous people already contacting him and he was in Florida at the time and this is a perfect example of why I’m using them rather than the hundreds of companies close to me in the flower mound area because when I contacted him and saw other people who know him and his reputation, he told me he is coming back from Florida early and has already began setting up times to look at all of our homes(some peoples are worse than mine but for him to hear about this and say to people in need when he is on a beach and gets up and says he will be back in a matter of hours and take a flight home earlier than planned is something I don’t know if any other company and individual would do that without hesitation.) and I told him since mine wasn’t too bad to handle the people with the the most damage first and he got his team and is already working and evaluating while maintaining a servant’s heart by not price gouging. I don’t know how they do this at a cheaper rate and better quality than any competitor but I’m thankful and blessed for this company and will update more pictures if needed but MY REVIEW AND FEEDBACK TO ALL IS DO NOT HAVE WORK DONE ON YOUR ROOF OR ANYTHING ELSE BY ANOTHER COMPANY WITHOUT FIRST REACHING OUT TO THEM. THANKS MR. VERDI FOR YOUR DEDICATION AND HARD, QUALITY AND HONEST WORK BY YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR TEAM.
