Andy, and all of Andy’s various crews exhibited professionalism, honesty, quality workmanship, attention to detail (like reset attic fans thermostats & unclog a clogged dryer vent), open communications, courteous, and a thorough clean-up. Our new roof looks significantly better than the original roof.But what impressed me the most about Andy was his organization skills. Throughout the entire process when Andy said a particular crew would be here – they were here. And explicitly, Andy followed-up and monitored every phase of the new roof. We have needed a new roof for quite a while, I’ve consulted a few other companies who told methat the roof is just old, and insurance wasn’t going to cover it. I found Tomahawk on a social media ad, and game them a call. We set up a time to meet, Andy was on time and actually walked us through the process. This was already the best experience we had had with a roofing company. He showed up during the roof inspection, and I feel he was instrumental in getting our claim approved. He was there the entire way through, even got our gutters replaced. The crew was on time, neat, and courteous. After the storm the other night, I woke up to roof shingles scattered through out the yard. I had discovered that I lost most of the ridge on my roof top, causing rain to leak into the attic. He also ran his magnet over our yard (to get any stray nails) several times over 3 days. Well, if you’re looking through reviews you are obviously doing your due diligence. Good news!! Your search is over!! Andy and his crew check all the boxes for a great roof replacement. They were able to get our roof replaced promptly and at the right price. He and his team are also very detail oriented and made sure the job was done correctly, professionally and clean and safe. The entire experience was as pain free as a complete roof replacement can be. Andy is a great guy to have in your corner when it comes to working with the insurance company. He has been doing this a long time and was an amazing asset on site when the claims adjuster came to inspect the roof.

Tomahawk has consistently exceeded our expectations. When a hail storm shattered our skylight in the middle of the night, Clayton drove over & covered our skylight just after midnight! Tomahawk did a great job putting on our new roof. We were very impressed about how they addressed issues when they arose always making our satisfaction the priority. For example when I discovered they had missed placing a exhaust on our roof for a bathroom fan they took care of it even though I did not discover until 2 years later - we really appreciate that kind of integrity in standing behind their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They will be definitely be the roofer I use the next time I need a new roof.

I recently called Andy to check on the flashing around one of my chimneys. He immediately responded making an inspection and found that the problem was not the roof installation. Recently we were in need of a good roofing company to replace our roof due to hail damage and our homeowner insurance agent recommended Tomahawk. Andy and Clayton were awesome! I purchased a house 2 yrs ago and had a issue with roof leaking with all the rain recently. I got in touch with the builder and they just pushed me aside and told me that they were not liable for the issue even though the house was recently built. I contacted Tomahawk and spoke to Andy. He had time to come and inspect my roof even though his schedule was packed. They found major problems with my roof and even took pictures to substantiate the issues. The repair was related to the October 2019 tornadoes that decimated portions of north Dallas. They completed emergency repairs and dry-in on over 70,000 sq.ft. of commercial roof.
