Chuck answered and explained every question we had and his work crews were prompt, efficient, and clean (yes, they actually cleaned up behind themselves). My husband talked with more than ten roofers who knocked our doors before we met Megan. My friend recommended her to us for AC repair. She did a quick inspection same day and handled everything very professionally. She is good at working with the insurance adjuster. My new AC got installed within 2 weeks.Then we decided to let Megan and WM company work with my roof. They did a great job and answered every questions with patience and accuracy.Chuck and the whole team finished the roof in one day. They performed excellently and the roof looks beautiful. They cleaned up everything even a small nail. We highly recommend them!

I am taking the time to write this review because of how amazed I am with Megan! I cannot say enough of how GREAT she was to work with from the moment she knocked on our door to the follow up call she made to make sure we were happy with their services! She was beyond amazing and everything happened exactly as she said it would. She was always available and even coordinated with our insurance company. We are so happy with everything that Megan and WM Contracting did for us! I honestly think working with Megan and WM Contracting was the best experience I've ever had working with a contractor and I've owned a home for over 25 years!!! Call them!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

We recently had WM Contracting perform some repairs on our home. New roof (probably the best shingles on the market with a warranty), fixed a leaky front bay window (it had been a problem for years and several folks could never fix it), stained the wood fence, replaced all gutters and repaired all windows. They did a fantastic job. They had great, friendly people out to do all the work. They were here when they said they would be here. And all this work only took a little over a week. I cannot endorse WM Contracting and the owner Chuck Downey enough. They gained my trust very quickly and I will contact them again for some home improvements that we have planned. I have referred them to my best friends and neighbors and I will not do that unless I completely trust someone. If you need some work done on your home, you cannot go wrong with WM Contracting. They are the best in my opinion!

WM contracting are trustworthy. We had hail damage and waited for six months to get windows and AC replaced with my previous contractor but no luck. WM Contractor took care in just in two weeks. New original windows and new AC units were replaced. They are highly professional, my insurance did not wanted to pay for new windows and AC unit but WM contracting dealt with insurance to pay, I greatly thank them. I highly recommend to any one for their services without any hesitation.

WM contracting provided me commendable service. It started out as a normal door to door sales pitch from their sales team member, Megan, but thank god I listened to her. She went above and beyond to earn my trust by taking me to other houses in my neighborhood where they provided their services, so that I can hear it myself and be confident before signing up a contract with them. Everything about them is very professional. My experience is nothing but perfect with them. They helped me getting my AC units replaced in the same hail damage claim with no hassles or any other extra paper work from my end. Special mention to Chuck who took care of the back and forth conversations with my insurance adjuster ang got me the maximum benefits that I could ask for. They also provided some complimentary service as a token of appreciation. I can think of none other this team for all my future needs, simply because of the customer experience they provided me. If I could give 10 stars, I would. We had hail damage to our roof, but we didn’t know how bad it was until we woke up to a leaking ceiling on a rainy Saturday morning in late October. I reached out for help, and within a few hours, Megan had arranged for an emergency tarp to be placed, and explained what steps to take next. Once we filed an insurance claim, they handled the rest- everything from communication with the insurance company to scheduling the work to be completed. Everything was handled quickly, and they made sure we were happy every step of the way. Professional, friendly, just all around AMAZING company to work with.

WM Contracting is the real deal !! If you are searching for a trustworthy company to take care of your home? Then WM contracting is the one to contact.Let me explain to you how our experience went …….we live in the Frisco area, and we caught wind of the horrible hail storm and our entire neighborhood was affected (Rivendale by the lake). Our Roof had holes in it , shingles were extremely damaged and window screens/window frames were broken and our fence was ruined . We didn’t realize the toll it took on our home .Right after the storm there were tons of contractors coming to the door every 2 hours, ringing the door bell, and knocking. It was very annoying , especially while working from home . However , when WM Contracting left their information it was a personalized note with business card on the door (no interruptions made). Their business card was professional , personalized and most importantly it listed there certification. That was very important to my wife & I because anyone can come to your house say they can fix your roof but not everyone is GAF certified ! We did research on the company and their approach matched their quality of work previously reviewed.We gave them a call on a Sunday afternoon. They were here in 15 mins . Checked out the damage, and gave us the full details of the work needed to be done. We called our insurance and by Wednesday the adjuster was here and they also were here to help and assist to assure all items were checked. Dawn and chuck were extremely professional , knowledgeable, prompt, honest, and made our process EXTREMELY easy . These are great qualities to have when you as a home owner is going through a tough time with your home . So I just want to say how happy Megan made us. She truly cares about our family. I need you to understand that what I am about to say is Very honest and I've Never given a review this long and detailed. I also want you to understand that I am not being paid for this review. But Freaking Wow. Megan is the most Amazing Customer Service Expert that I have ever dealt with. Megan is on a different level of Awesome. She happens to be a Sales Professional but I felt more like she was a Loving Mother. She did Everything she said and more. Nevermind the Excellent job they did on my roof, she is just the sweetest and most honest sales person I've ever met. It's hard to understand that there are still people like Megan. I am normally very sceptical because I have been burned so many times through the years. But Megan is and will always be my favorite employee. She earned and has my business For Life. Chuck we known for years but never not surprises me. I couldn’t believe how fast he started working on the house from the hell damage, our fans, and our fireplace all had hell damage and all was completely redone immaculate. My whole downstairs was flooded on Christmas. Luckily a friend referred me to Chuck. He got here quick and handled it all from soup to nuts which is what I needed. Very pleased with the experience. They helped us with dealing with insurance, which was a long battle. And, then quickly got all the work done. The roof looks great (expect quality to be great too as neighbors who got their roof done earlier have not had any issues). The interiors were especially done very well; finishing, attention to detail, and responsiveness to any call outs we had was very good. I don't think the whole work could've been done with any less effort on my part!
