Dan helped us with a couple of things. The ceiling fan install was not going well for me and I decided to call Dan to see if he could help me. I called on a weekday night and Dan drove right over (Whaaaat). He immediately fixed the problem I was having and made sure all of the wiring was done correctly. We then asked if he could install flooring in one of our bedrooms. Dan came over a few days later and installed, beautifully I might add, our bedroom laminate flooring. His daughter works with him and she is a boss. Dan is so personable and is a hard woking guy who knows everything there is about construction. He is fast working and his prices are very reasonable. Dan helped us with a garage project. He helped us frame for and install a garage door. He also installed the opener, cedar siding around the door, and painted the other door and trim. He gave us different options for what he could do, and was straightforward with pricing so we could choose what worked best for within our budget. Dan came to my house on Tuesday to install ceiling fans. He was prompt, meticulous and did an amazing job! Some rooms in my home didn't have the proper fixtures to install the fans but Dan told me what was needed and gave me an estimate on needed materials. He will be coming back to replace those other ceiling fans and is now my go to handyman for any work I need around my home. I highly recommend him and his crew!

I called hired Dan to assemble a large bunkbed and he did a fantastic job. He had it assembled very quickly and did a wonderful job. Dan and his team hung a ceiling fan and a difficult to reach chandelier. They also rebalanced our washing machine and knocked out a few new dimmer switches for us. Dan did a great job replacing the ceiling drywall, in my game room. He is also a good plumber. I had a leak (rat or mouse chewed the water PVC pipe) and Dan came over on a Sunday, and patched the leaking PVC pipe. He installed a new door & screen door, attic ladder, bathroom support handle, installed several ceiling fans, replaced tiles in my dining room floor. He works fast, gives good estimates, trustworthy, emails me receipts, and communicates well. I called Dan to ask for an estimate to replace a window in our house with a door, he came out and took a look, and said he could do the job, the price he gave I thought was fair. From there it went down hill, he postponed the start date for the project the morning he should have showed up, due to another job taking to long, I understood that, and said the next day would be fine. That morning he said he was having trouble renting a tool re required to do the job and wanted to postpone again, I was hesitant but said ok, on the 3rd day, he was simply a no show. (I also checked home depot rental- they had the tool he needed to rent, so he lied) Do not hire him, very unprofessional and unreliable

I needed my gate to be repaired and contacted multiple handymen to try to schedule estimates and a time and day to repair my gate. I either didn’t receive a call back or was ghosted after they came out to look at the damage. However, Dan picked up when I called, answered all of my questions, and gave me an estimate over the phone just by looking at the photo, which never happens btw. On the day of my appointment, he called ahead to confirm that it was still scheduled and after the job was complete, explained what he did and charged me the agreed upon amount. The work that he did was immaculate and very precise. I’m extremely pleased by his professionalism, attention-to-detail, kindness, and honesty and will definitely be using him for future jobs.
