Derek from Sunshine Structures is as professional as they get. Always answers calls and concerns and explained everything thoroughly. I got my front porch done first and was at a very good price and was completed before the due date. Then after that I got my rear deck done and that also was completed before the due date. We called Derek for a bid and he came right out. He ask about what we would like to have and did his measurements and the same evening we had a bid on our job. It was not very long before he was able to start our project. He built us a large covered deck and a screened in porch. It turned out amazing even better than we imagined it would be. I absolutely LOVE my screened in porch! The guys did a great job on the build. It is great quality work and materials. Better than I had hoped. When it was delivered already built the guys took their time making sure it was level and it fit perfectly against my home. I have only had it 2 1/2 hours and have had people stop and ask who built it and how much did it cost. The price was not unreasonable at all and the craftsmanship is amazing. I would recommend these guys to everyone for all your porch/deck needs. From the beginning I have had a great experience with this company. Thank you Beau, Derek and Alan for all yalls hard work!
