Lifeline Roofing is exceptional in all categories: professionalism, quality, attention to detail. That barely covers how pleased we are with our roofing experience. Lifeline Roofing was incredible to work with, I am so happy to have been referred to them. I have to say the honesty and integrity was the highest. Jan came to our home and inspected our roof 2 years ago and told us there is not enough storm damage to file a claim. So we waited until this year to file it. We had two roofing companies that came by and told us to file the claim when really we didn’t need to, per Lifeline Roofing. Jan and Blu helped us every step of the way including working with our insurance company and making sure that everything was complete!! The whole process was very easy and smooth.

Lifeline Roofing Systems is a first class customer oriented business. My first contact with Jan was at an event in our community where Lifeline Roofing had a booth set up showing the roofing services they provide and various products offered. The display of the solar roof vents was interesting and Jan took the time to explain how they worked.I've seen Lifeline replacing numerous roofs in our community. Two of them were across the street from us, and the homeowners are extremely pleased with Lifeline's quality work, timeliness, and professionalism!Jan mentioned there had been a hail storm earlier in the year that damaged some roofs nearby our home. She set up an appointment to inspect our roof and explained how the insurance process works if our roof had hail damage.Blake showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment to do the inspection. He spent half an hour on the roof walking the entire surface. Once off the roof he explained there was no hail or wind damage to the roof. He showed me cell phone pictures of rust on vents, roof jacks, and shingles that had minor damage. I stood by expecting an outrageous amount to repair the items needing attention. Blake quoted a reasonable price to paint the vents and roof jacks with rustoleum, and reseal the flanges to prevent leaks. He sealed the damaged shingles and showed me pictures of the completed work. Job well done Blake!There are a lot of "Fly by Night" roofing contractors taking advantage of homeowners in Montgomery County. Lifeline Roofing is not one of them! Their honesty and customer service is commendable! Blake could have easily showed me the pictures and convinced me I needed a new roof due to age and the damage he ended up repairing. High quality, competitive cost, Hand nailed, done in a day, and… new roof actually lowered our annual insurance premium!Truly the best experience ever with a roofing company! I called Lifeline Roofing, a local Houston / Conroe company and several other companies to inspect our hail damaged roof. We chose Lifeline Roofing, and they installed our new roof in late July 2023. Unbelievably they brought enough skilled manpower to perform all the work (demo and install new roof) in one day… and we have a huge roof!We are thrilled with the quality of our new “50 year”shingles, the assistance with color choice, the very skilled craftsmanship, and mostly the professionalism of Lifeline’s representative Blake and Project manager Scott. Blake was honest and ethical through initial inspection, completion of the job, and afterwards. Further, since we installed a high quality roof with extra hail resistance, our annual homeowners insurance actually reduced enough to pay off our entire insurance deductible in 4 years!Blake was never pushy, but he was always there when we had a question through the insurance phase, suggesting next possible steps when our insurance company continued to deny our hail claim … three times, over six months. We knew the roof was damaged, but the insurance company kept denying the claim, and we were stuck. Blake walked us through the insurance process and through denial after denial. We were ready to give up, but Blake helped us with next steps. I had a great experience with Lifeline. Jan and Blue were both so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My home had an added complication of needing solar panels removed before roofing could begin, and I was struggling to get communication from my solar panel company. Jan went above and beyond in calling them, advocating for me so they would come do the work quickly, and staying in contact with them as we faced issues with their work and had to call them out again. Lifeline Roofing is a professional business that genuinely cares about their customers. We had our roof replaced due to hail damage. They came out when our insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof. After being notified by the insurance company they would replace the roof, we had no snags in getting it scheduled, deciding on a color for the roofing material and gutter color. It was scheduled in a timely manner and finished in a day. They had a couple of men in charge of the crew who oversaw the work all day long.
