Recently had my 22 year old roof and gutters replaced by RCC, Jen and her team did a phenomenal job with explaining the full process (they even showed up with samples of each item being installed) and taking all the stress off my shoulders. Roof Concepts @ Construction came out about two years ago I had just bought my new home in Spring. There was a hail storm that Damaged my beautiful home. They came out and assessed the damage and in two days (2) my Roof was completely Replaced. They handled everything from insurance, adjusters etc.,I had absolutely nothing to do. Roof was Replaced, insurance was covered I just had to pay the Deductible. All debris and garbage was taken away. My beautiful home looks 🤩This Company is Very Reliable and I highly Recommend. Had some trouble finding help for a dryer vent repair we needed and was recommended RCC by some previous neighbors. Despite it being a relatively small thing, Brian was super responsive from the beginning, and Trey came out that same evening to evaluate. Within a week (ordering parts time included), we were set! Everyone was very nice, followed through, and we'll be reaching out to them if/when we need future roof work.

Exceptionally professional team. Brian and Trey initially walked me through the entire process, giving me an insight into the timelines, potential insurance challenges and expected outcomes. In each instance, what was outlined was 100% accurate, from expected financial outlay to finished results. As homeowners we’re always wary who we allow to work on our homes but if I had 10 more roofs to do I would use Brian and his team every time.Don’t hesitate to use these guys, they truly are awesome!

Jenn helped me with my insurance claim. It took two years to get the insurance to respond. Jenn kept in touch with me and the insurance company the whole time. I appreciate all her help to get our roof replaced from a hail storm. My roof looks amazing. They protected my home from the debris and cleaned up after. I called out 6 companies to give me quotes on a roof replacement. This was the one that after all interactions appears to have the absolute most professional and trustworthy operation. They were very fast in getting me quotes and great at communication. They quoted a fair price in the end for the high quality they offer. Definitely add them to your due diligence when looking for a roofing company. For a similar experience to mine, ask for Steven.

I had a roof vent that was leaking during rainstorms. Brian, the owner, was personable and responsive to my request for a replacement. He came out to my home, suggested a powered vent from Attic Breeze and very soon after I received an email from Jenn with the project cost estimate along with proof of liability insurance, Workmanship Warranty Certificate, and Directorii $20,000 guarantee (safeguarding against Contractor Fraud, Contractor Business Failure, and Workmanship Issues). These were great assurances to me that this company will get the job done right and won't defraud me. The installation was done yesterday by one of his roofers, Tray, which I must say is likable and very professional. Only time (and a heavy rainstorm) will test the product and workmanship, but it has been a good experience thus far. I will be looking to contract this company for future projects.

Brian and Jenn are GREAT!!! From the moment we met them until the job was complete, they were fantastic! Responsive, proactive, communicative, fair, willing to work with us, prompt, clean job site, and truly listened and responded to any and all concerns.
