I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and they scheduled me at noon one day the following week. On the day of the appointment, I did not receive a call prior to the appointment so at 5-10 after 12, I called Aztec to see what was up. They didn't seem to know who or where I was at first which was weird since I should have been on their books. Once they figured out who I was, the office person tried calling the person coming to my house while I was on the phone and got no answer. She came back on the line and said they'd keep trying him, and someone would let me know.The office did eventually call back 4 hours later to tell me that someone called in sick that day, but I feel like they should have known that before a noon appointment, and certainly sooner than 4 hours later to let me know not to wait around on them.Update, they just called me again and when I said I wasn't interested in talking to them, the guy hung up on me. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I hired Aztec House Leveling to level my slab foundation and I just have to say that they have the best quality work and were very professional the whole time. They were on time every day and if I had any questions they did not hesitate to answer them. Highly recommend!!

I was looking to buy a house and wanted the foundation checked before I bought. I was told I had to pay a fee at inspection and agreed to pay it. The house of my dreams did need some foundation repairs and as soon we bought the house I called Aztec back out to sign the contract so we could begin the repairs. That fee was deducted from my total price and they began repairs shortly after. I was satisfied with the whole process and impressed with how much better the house looks now. Live in UNiversal city. My drive way had a bunch of cracks and noticed my garage doors weren’t closing right ! Well turns out they were shifting ! Called Aztec and very professional with a great bid that was way better than any other company I called ! My drive way looks amazing and so does my garage . Can’t thank these guys enough !
