Aaron and Carlos were great to work with on the remodel of two of our houses. Aaron was quick to come out and give me estimates and was very detailed in understanding exactly what I wanted done. The pricing was extremely competitive, especially in an industry where so many contractors try to take advantage of customers. I even added to the scope of work mid job and they were very accommodating. Carlos worked on my personal home while my wife and kids were at home and he was courteous and did an amazing job working around them. All the work was completed to a high level of quality and I could tell they take pride in their work. They always showed up when they said they would and completed the projects very quickly. KC Renovations INC is unbelievable. They replaced all my Siding and trim at my house in 4 days. Wow!! Mario and and Noe worked so clean. I gave them the paint colors and the guys picked up everything I needed. 2 days to finish the exterior paint. Since KC Renovations did such a great job I had them do a deck in the back yard for me. Aaron and Rhonda were communicating with me daily to make sure the work was to my liking. Aaron would be at my house every few days to make sure it looked good. Thank you KC Renovations!! If I could give you 10 Star your company would get it from my family.

We had a sidewalk that was broken and sunken in places; KC Renovations had the demolition, clean up, and new sidewalk done in only 2 days! Hermilo came out to fix drywall and reattach the wire closet hanger & shelf. His work was excellent. He kept the area clean and worked very efficiently. Hermilo matched the paint perfectly also. This was the first time to use Kevin’s Renovation service. Kevin was my realtor in 2004 & 2007. I definitely will use KC Renovations again. Thanks again for the beautiful job Hermilo!

I’ve been pleased to hire KC Renovations for three jobs. Fixing sheetrock after a foundation repair and painting. Mario and Ricardo were amazing. They would arrive EARLY to get set up and ready for the day so they were ready to start work at the agreed upon times. Rhonda and Aaron did a wonderful job communicating plans and expectations along the way. The work was detailed, feedback welcomed, and extremely tidy. The guys were so respectful of our home by covering everything and removing the covering at night when they left. They’d sweep and clean their work area like it was there home. I didnt get any work done however im trying to call in and make a complaint and cant get through. One of yalls driver nearly hit me not once but 3 times driving very irratically, speeding over off of rittiman going to 78 right by napa. He first almost hit me going over thr train tracks, he almost hit ankther car as well. He looked to be an older mexican man skinny eith glasses. He then cut me off causing me to slam on my brakes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL UR DRIVERS REPRESENT YOU AS A COMPANY. next time he can cause an actual accident

Louis and Juan were always on time, respectful of my belongings and privacy. My air conditioning went out the night before they came and they put in a full day’s work without it. I never leave my home unattended with strangers, I did with them and was very comfortable doing so. I also have NEVER had a contractor complete a job on time EVER and they completed it a day ahead of schedule. They left my home spotless. I would recommend them 100%. Great company to do business with.
