Being a native Texas, I've had a few homes damaged by our crazy weather and have really stressed in getting repairs done. But this time I used Alpha Exteriors and Construction. They handle everything from roof,gutters, windows, fence, paint, etc. They caught a few things the Ins adjuster did not see and with my concent, they delt with the Ins. Company and everything worked out for the best with no stress on my part. I just sat back and drank my coffee. Thank you Alpha Exteriors and Construction, for being knowledgeable, courteous and caring. I would recommend you to anyone.

Alpha Exteriors & Construction did a complete re-roof on our home (from the decking; shingles; gutters; chimney cap) and the quality of work was first-rate. The estimation and proposal process were thorough and done in a timely manner. Alpha worked with our insurance company on every detail. To say they went above & beyond is an understatement. Jesse was great and fought with our insurance company to get the money to do the repairs we needed to get done. Our insurance company denied our claim 3 times and we had 4 re inspections and Jesse was present at every inspection. He fought to get our claim approved for a full roof replacement. He explained the process and communicated with us on every part of the repairs. The quality and attention to detail was very surprising especially these days. Loved Jesse and couldn't have asked for a better contractor to help us. He went above and beyond!!!

Thanks to Jesse and team for a job well done. We were first introduced to them by our neighbors regarding a possible new roof. While we were not able to get one we were able to use his team for some great exterior painting. They also came through when we had a rain roof leak. They came out and had it fixed and did more maintenance work within 24 hours. We'll be using them in the future as needed.

You’d be an idiot to use anyone else.Had a couple of family members use these guys and they didn’t stop talking about how good they were. Hailstorm came through and needed a new roof. Jesse spent 3 months fighting our insurance company. Adjuster was either trying to win a bet to not pay out or just plain stupid. I have no idea which. After 3 months, insurance paid for roof like they should’ve. After this roofing guys were excellent. Spent additional times repairing things that were fixed incorrectly in the past. It would’ve been real easy for them just to slap some shingles on it and I certainly wouldn’t have known the difference. But they took the time to do it right - not because I was double checking them - but because they do good work. I’ve worked with many contractors over the years. I’ve used two other roofing guys in the past. These guys beat them all hands down.I don’t write this because I’m getting paid for it or any incentive. But any company that works this hard and excels for no other reason than they take pride in what they do should be rewarded. Like I said, you’d be an idiot to use anyone else.

Alpha Exteriors did a wonderful job on our new roof and gutters. I love my home and truly take pride in taking care of it. It was easy to work with the team. They were all patient as we navigated repairs (this is our first new roof ever) and helped us learn how to file with insurance and understand the documents. While getting a roof is often costly and stressful, Alpha Exteriors made it easy.The team is detailed and are passionate about what they do. The installation was a breeze. After a pretty bad storm I had a few shingles that needed to be replaced. Alpha Exteriors came out the SAME DAY and fixed everything for a reasonable price. A few months later, I noticed a shingle that was missing a tab on my roof. I contacted Alpha and they took care of it for me at no cost. Their customer service and communication is exceptional. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for any future roofing issues!

I love this company! Brooke and Greg came over to my residence to inspect my roof for any damage after a pretty rough storm. They gained access to my roof, looked around, and swept off my roof since it has not been cleaned off in a very long time. I have so many trees on my property and I knew I had a pretty good build up of leaves. I was very surprised when they told me my roof actually was in very good condition. They didn't try to take advantage of me by saying there was some damage and that I needed work or try to sell me anything I did not need. They even told me what I could do to make sure my roof stayed in good condition and combat moisture that the falling leaves could create.I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking at getting their roof inspected and repaired. I know they will not try to sell you something you do not need and will explain everything that is going on.Thank you guys for your help!

Hey everyone! I just had to give a big shoutout to my roofer, Jose Salcedo from Alpha Exteriors. This guy is the real deal! Not only did he have great communication skills, but he also gave me an awesome price for the job. After 2 -3 weeks we got a crazy wind in DFW and a couple of shingles got blown off , he went out of hes way to check my roof and of course they were irrelevant to the work he did , but he went above and beyond and fixed them for free! Talk about top-notch service! If you're looking for a roofer, I highly recommend Jose Salcedo. He's the best.

Alpha Exteriors came out to do some repair work on our roof which was damaged from a recent storm. We needed someone quick due to another storm coming in and they stepped up and took care of us. After a major hailstorm, I knew I needed to have my roof inspected for damage. Since I had replaced my roof a couple of years ago, was worried that the roofing company would ask me to replace the roof again.Enter Jose. He was professional and prompt on communication right from the start. Did a free roof inspection and mentioned there is nothing wrong with the roof and just that it required some routine maintenance (closing off exposed nails) with photos as proof. The maintenance was a fraction of the cost of the deductible I would have paid for a new roof. Overall very happy and would recommend Jose to anyone who is worried about their roof.

I called Jose SalcedoOn Saturday eveningAround 6pm and it didn't take long for him to get back with and see what I needed. I had a leak over my garage and the sheetrock had fallen in with some water. He texted me to take pictures and said he would be out Sunday morning. We met and looked at the problem and it wasn't as serious as I had thought. He showed me the problem and proceeded to put sealant on the flashing. This was all that was needed to stop rain from backing up and going in the garage. We experienced a roof leak in the middle of the night. I called first thing in the morning and Cameron showed up 45 minutes later. He was able to find how the leak started and temporarily repaired it with more rain on the way. Now we are scheduled for a permanent fix! 5 stars!

Approximately 1 year ago, the owners of Alpha Exteriors & Construction, Mitch Deskis and Jesse Romero, came to my house to introduce themselves and ask if I would like an inspection of my roof. Even though I felt that my insurance company would not approve a roof claim, I asked them to go ahead and do their inspection. Two months later, and much to my amazement, my insurance company said that they would entertain replacing my roof. Because I was so impressed with the two owners of this company, I called them back and asked them to get involved. It is now 1 year later, and a new roof and gutter system has been installed on my home. I could not be any happier. The owners took it upon themselves to support me in every step along the way to get final approval from my insurance company, including the addition of several items needing repair that were discovered along the way. All throughout the repair process, every aspect of the work to replace my roof and gutters was explained to me in detail so that I would understand what they were doing and why. In summary, I would say that this experience with Alpha Exteriors & Construction was the best that I’ve ever had in dealing with any outside service providers or contractors.
