I’m firm on customer service. And I must say this was the best experience I had from this mitigation company for my fire claim. I was educated on the process of the cleanup after a fire. I thought there was no way possibly the cleanup would come out great after all the soot thought out my home. Little to my surprise everything was perfect. The smoke smell was totally gone. They did an amazing job.

We had a bathroom leak that required a plumbing repair. As soon as the plumber got into the repair they found mold, and stopped. We didn't know what to do next. I emailed Ethan some pictures of what we were looking at and he got back to me within an hour.
