You can tell Konner and his team have been doing this for years just by looking at the efficiency, precision and quality of their work. I was referred to Konner and didn’t know what I was stepping into because of the minimal reviews on Google, but could not have been further from the truth to judge a book by its cover. Konner was consistent in his communication and knowledgeable in all the interpretation and explanation of insurance information. He made sure to disclose all the work upfront and kept to his timeline punctually. Even after the completion of the job, I appreciated him checking in to see that everything was completed to satisfaction and providing all the needed documentation for us.
