I have had a house on Houston County Lake for more than forty years, and in those years I have found that except for a few, who I wouldn't have a problem recommending, the vast majority of the time, people that I have hired to do an assortment of repairs have rigged things instead of fixing them. There's has been on occasion people that either never got back to me with a price, or didn't even bother to show up. It's just the way it is.That said, I just had my roof replaced by Lucas Roofing, and I was so impressed not only with the first class job they did, but also the follow through to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction...which it was.They are a professional company, and I would recommend Lucas Roofing to anyone.

Contacted Lucas Roofing to replace the roof on my rural house. I was not available during the review process and depended on Mr Lucas to assess the work. The report back was through providing explanations of the replacement required. I awarded the work to Lucas Roofing and the work was completed precisely as proposed and on the agreed to schedule. The overall process was well organized and efficient.

Lucas Roofing had prepared me for a wait time due to a material shortage and scheduling. They said they would do the best they could. I got a call 2 weeks ahead of time and was told they could start the installation of my gutters. My roof is not a standard pitch roof but they were able to install custom wedges to make sure the angle of the gutter was just right. Gary and his crew were polite, professional and very responsive to any questions or changes. Over great experience, would highly recommend.

Mark is fantastic! We contacted Lucas Roofing for a quote and not only received the quote in less than 24hrs it was one heck of a deal. The work began within three days of contact signing and the crew he sent was top notch!! They were respectful of our property as they worked steadily in inclement weather getting the work completed quickly. Mark stayed in constant contact with us and there were no ‘hidden’ fees at the settle period. Definitely the best home repair experience I’ve had in over 30 years of home ownership!!
