I have contacted Boudreaux's for 4 jobs over the last several years. They were unresponsive for the first 3 jobs (no returned emails or phone calls). Thought I'd give them one more chance. Mr. Henry Boudreaux did come out on this 4th job to give me a quote and said it would be a couple of months before the work could be started. After a couple of months, I contacted Boudreaux's by phone and email to get an update on the schedule. I waited 2 weeks for a response that never came. I called the other contractor who responded immediately and will start the job within the week. I will not contact Boudreaux's for any work every again. If no stars for a review were possible, I'd give them 0 stars.

We hired this company one year ago - to complete what supposed to be a 3 week job. It took close to 6 months before they even started (should have been 3). We have been pushed back and aside far too long. They work a few days and then they dont show up again for weeks. Owner answers the calls and has many excuses as to why he hasnt sent a crew out or why he has been delayed. They work they do is great, but waiting on someone to actually show up is a different story. In a years time I cant say they have actually worked 30 days on this contract. This has been extremely stressful. If you dont have time in your life to babysit a contractor, HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.Be sure to ask to see his Bond and Insured paperwork.Services: General construction, Exterior structural repairs, Patio construction

Started doing business with these guys Feb of 2022. Here we are almost April 2023. Still waiting on permit situation to get worked out so we can make the final payment and be done. also waiting on plans and windstorm certificates on a patio cover teardown and rebuild. Hard to believe that he has been in this business in this area as long as he has, never dealing with city of Baytown Permit office. Claims he has never dealt with these types of issues. (Another delay excuse in a LOONG list of excuses we have gotten over the past year. Total job was supposed to only take "A FEW WEEKS" Everything has FINALLY been completed but I cant do what I need to do due to the final inspections from the city. I just don't get it! I had them do repairs to my home from Harvey and they had to replace shingles, the interior walls in 1 bedroom. They replaced my back sliding glass door, light fixture at back door, replaced the front door and a couple walls replaced. I contacted them a couple years later with worse issues in the same areas they replaced. The owner and his foreman came out to re assess and recaulked around back door light and something with the roof that i dont know. The owner told me that he wanted to wait for the interior wall to dry and see if they fixed the issue and then they would come back and replace the interior walls. So months passed and i attempted to call the owners cell and the main office number multiple times leaving multiple messages on personal cell voicemail and with the office receptionist with no return callback at all. I have now found other issues that were not an issue prior to their repairs. And have been told things were not done correctly. And i am now left with all the repairs myself when none of this should be happening if they would have done things right to begin with.Services: Home repairs, Roof repair

Complete home remodel after Harvey and for the most part the work came out beautifully. Problem- minor things that should qualify as warranty repairs after the construction finished- we have had to repeatedly call (basically nag the heck out of them) to have fixed. Originally I would have referred them to everyone but after having to deal with them on some ceiling issues and their failure to finish the job, I cannot. I will just keep reviewing negatively until maybe my ceiling work gets done and then we never need to deal with one another again.Service: Refurbishment

Horrible experience! They said they couldnt come out for almost 3 weeks. When they finally came out, in November, I told a them I needed the qoute by January. I never heard from them again. I called and they said they had no record of being at my house. When they finally located the man who gave us the quote, he said he didn't bother with the quotes because he did have time for my job. This is very unprofessional.
