Josh Campbell and his crew replaced our standing seam metal roof last month. THE BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had with any contractor in my 40+ years of home ownership. The workers showed up every day and worked diligently until the project was complete which was no small feat given the complexity our roof. The workers kept up with the construction debris daily and didn’t leave a mess for us to deal with. Confident this is a better quality roof than the original and I couldn’t be happier with the color change Josh recommended. A severe & localized hailstorm in Horseshoe Bay, Tx did extensive damage to my metal roof as well as some other property damage. Arrowhead R&C was highly recommended and after dealing with this Company, I certainly understand why. Landon Gillaspie,Sales Associate, was my first contact, and I found him to be extremely professional & helpful…always available to answer questions & then to coordinate completion of repairs. Landon & crew arrived as scheduled & completed required repairs as contractually agreed as well as ensuring all nails/debris removed from property. The owner, Joshua Campbell periodically checked progress and he, too, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional & committed to ensuring repairs completed to the highest possible standards. It was apparent that both placed value on customer satisfaction, and I was indeed satisfied.

We have just completed having a metal roof put on by Josh Campbell and Arrowhead Roofing. I can sincerely say that this entire experience with a contractor was the smoothest ever.Josh stopped by after a hail storm came through here in Bandera, inspected the roof himself then guided me through the process of contacting my insurance company, coordinating the inspection with the adjuster, reviewing the claim and filing revisions as needed.The work then began right on time and the crew was very professional in being here on time and working full days. They worked only on my roof (no back and forth to other jobs) until it was complete in just over a week. The quality of their work is evident and consistent with their work ethic. Arrowhead even went above and beyond in correcting some existing issues to the roof which had nothing to do with the hail damage…at no charge to me. Their daily and final cleanup more than met my expectations, and I am picky.I can sincerely say I will ONLY use Josh and Arrowhead Roofing should I ever need roofing services again. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate this company! It is so wonderful to know that there is hardworking and honest individuals who know what they are doing still out there! From the start Joshua was easy to communicate with and kept us informed through the entire process. They were able to fix our home and barn roof from hail damage in no time. Josh marked the damage of my roof and took pictures that were sent to the insurance company. He then met with the Insurance appraiser to make sure all damage would be included in the replacement appraisal. The job Arrowhead Roofing did was amazing. The crew was professional with attention to detail. Progress pictures were taken daily. The whole roof went on within a week. Each day the job site was cleaned and all debris was taken away.
