Thank you for putting my home back together after a water damage. The water and reconstruction team were empathetic, detail oriented and the communication was phenomenal! I would definitely refer Fire Recoantruction to anyone

Some things are hard to measure or can go unrecognized, such as integrity and commitment. My review originally wasn’t 5 stars, but I edited due to the willingness and action taken to correct concerns I had with workmanship. Construction projects don’t alway go smoothly and not all construction companies will work through to correct. The owners and project managers with Fire Reconstruction will step in when things don’t go smoothly to correct. What you can count on from this organization is the willingness from the owners to deliver on a quality product as the end result. They built onsite custom cabinets. Removed and reinstalled granite countertop. Installed marble tile. Hood system. Straightened crooked wall!Services: Remodeling, Painting

A bedroom on the second floor (that we rarely use) was significantly damaged due to water escaping the AC overflow pan. The ceiling collapsed and flooded the walls, floor, and furniture.A Fire Reconstruction estimator visited our home once; he took detailed measurements and photos of the damage. Four weeks later, the ceiling was repaired, the walls and floor (laminate) replaced; ceiling fans were re-installed, furniture moved back into the room, blinds were re-hung, and the room and nearby areas cleaned by a very professional house cleaning crew. Not once did I have to suggest something that I thought had to be done; this amazing group of people did everything I would have done and then went out of their way to make it even better. When I suggested something, they listened and always responded to my requests. In my 50 years of homeownership, I rate the personnel of Fire Reconstruction at the very top of my list of professional workers.Thank you, Fire Reconstruction.Services: Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Painting

We had our house restored after we had a house fire. They did excellent work. Lately, my ac system started leaking water. I called them and they sent TNT Installations out to access the problem. Tanner Peale came out and said that it wasn't covered under warranty. He said he blew out the drain line, but it wasn't done. I had my evaporator coil cleaned (not by him). He said it wouldn't leak after I had the coil cleaned. He was right that the coil needed cleaning. For doing nothing, he charged $150 for the lack of service he gave me. I paid him. He has dodged my calls ever since. So my advice is don't use Tanner Peale's TNT Installations. I feel like I have been robbed. It might not seem like a lot of money, but when you have to take money from child support; it's like a million dollars. I am a student, so I don't have that much money.Services: Mold inspection, Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Painting, Fire damage cleanup & repair, Water damage-related mold removal

Had a toilet tank crack in the middle of the night, flooding the entire upstairs of the house and garage below. Fire Reconstruction, Inc. came out very quickly after the initial phone call to begin mitigation by pulling up carpet and pad and setting dehumidifiers and fans for drying. They used very advanced equipment and techniques to make sure that all walls and floors were completely dried out. After the water damage mitigation was complete, they began work on repairing all of the damaged structure including replacing the damaged toilet, replacing interior doors, replacing all of the damaged drywall, replacing the carpet and painting what needed to be painted. Our project manager, Jeremiah was very easy to work with and was really good about taking and returning phone calls.Fire Reconstruction, Inc. worked great with my insurance company adjuster and helped make sure that our house was put back together just like it was before the water damage. If I ever have anything like this again happen to my house, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Painting, Plumbing

Had a relatively small water damage claim in my home. FRI was assigned as estimator by my insurance company, and I elected to use them as the repair contractor as well. The repairs progressed well and the quality of work was excellent. Everyone I spoke with at FRI was prompt to respond and handle my requests.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

From top to bottom everyone at Fire Reconstruction, Inc was fantastic! My elderly parents had an issue that caused flooding in both bathrooms and the master bedroom. They were so helpful and scheduled the job as quickly as they could. They got the job done without disrupting my parents too much. They were quick, efficient and went above and beyond to restore their house to what it was. They were easy to work with and showed so much respect toward my parents. I am grateful for their kindness. I would highly recommend them.

I had a house fire and used this company for the fire restoration in my home. After 8 months of reconstruction (that was supposed to be completed in 5 months which left me with numerous temporary housing extensions) I was told everything was complete and ready for move in. It’s then that I immediately had an AC issue and called my contractor. He had it looked at and the issue taken care of (or so I thought), however afterward he let me know this really wasn’t their problem, but MINE. Days later half of issue persisted so I chose to call an outside AC specialist . I was then informed and shown that there was NO insulation put back in my attic or walls and that was not allowing my unit to properly cool the house which then caused my unit to freeze up leaving numerous other repairs that needed to be taken care of (repairs that ended up coming out of my pocket). It was also brought to my attention that my water heater located in the attic had been left wrapped in heavy plastic which was a FIRE HAZARD (Fire Reconstruction Inc left me with a FIRE HAZARD, nice huh). There was also numerous times I came to my home to check progress and had to throw away rotten lunches that were left inside causing maggots, gnats, and putrid odor. I wanted to love this company and they were very promising when I chose them, but unfortunately I can’t say I’m too happy with MY Fire Restoration Inc experience.Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair

Very professional beginning to end. Plenty of communication throughout the entire process. Workers were excellent - movers, drywall, flooring, painters. And for work that took multiple days the workers communicated what time they would return ... and were there within 15 minutes of when they said they would. Fire Reconstruction turned an unplanned remodel project into a good experience. I would use them again for other work on my home.

There is not enough room for me to express my gratitude for Fire Reconstruction Inc. They made my home whole again. I was not treated as a customer, I was treated as a friend. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, understanding and compassionate. The work they did was outstanding. I hope to never need a service like this again, but if I do, I will definitely call them again.

Last year, on CHRISTMAS, of all days, we came home to find that our almost brand new dishwasher had spent the last 7 days leaking water all through out our kitchen and our basically brand new hardwood flooring. Not exactly what you want to come home to during the holidays.Anyhow, after some initial insurance claim paperwork, we were given the name of Fire Reconstruction as a possible contractor to move forward with for our flooring replacement...and am I ever happy we did! I was 6 weeks away from giving birth to our second child and I really didn't have time to spare to get the work done.Once we had our adjuster come out and give us the lowdown on what needed to happen (about $33k worth of damage), we jumped over to Fire Reconstruction and they were helpful from start to finish, both the sales person, the home office and the project manager. We actually decided to not have wood flooring put back in, but instead went with a tile that looks like hardwood flooring. With 2 kiddos, 2 dogs and a pool out back (and the best bathroom to use is in the middle of the house)...wood just didn't seem like the best option any longer...and you know what? Almost no one even could tell the difference between our previous floors and our new tile floors. The selection of tile was great that was within our budget and the project managers were very helpful with the selection process. The work crew showed up on time each day and while it was a hassle just family-wise, we ended up living upstairs during the reno. We were without our kitchen for a couple weeks...though they made every effort to ease the issue and were able to keep our fridge plugged in the entire time, which was a great help! They had to take out the ENTIRE bottom floor of wood flooring (about 1500 sq ft), replace a large bottom cabinet and our island, along with all the baseboards throughout the bottom floor. They also had to rip out all of the wood and then re-level the floor. They use all their own crew (no sub-contractors), which was a big selling point for me. They also came in and helped to pack up the large items and stored it all off site (beds, cabinets, dressers, etc.) and then came back in and put it all back together for us. They also cleaned the home from top to bottom (a couple of times...I don't think my blinds have been cleaned since we moved in almost 3 years ago!! They looked great!), which was awesome, since again, I was super pregnant...the home looked fantastic after their crew left for the last time. All in all, the process took about 4.5 weeks and they were able to finish everything about 10 days before our newest little bundle was born. I couldn't be happier with the end result (and now am so very glad to have tile instead of wood...tho it was gorgeous...in our home).I actually let them handle connecting with the insurance company and dealing with receiving payment and paperwork. While our insurance company didn't recommend it, I didn't have one single problem with them. Britany in the main office was always very straight forward with me and very communicative. I found them to be a very trustworthy company.I would highly recommend them to anyone with insurance claims or are just in need of some remodeling needs.

It took almost a year to repair my garage after a small fire, and the fit, finish and quality of work is abysmal. To top it off, the only thing I thought they did well (replace the roof), is now leaking. Save yourself time, money and hassle by hiring your own contractors directly from Home Depot parking lot.In addition, this company clearly has a tendency and preference to make people's personal financial information available for public consumption! Yet another entirely unprofessional act. Remove my personal financial details from your response immediately!

I can't thank Fire Reconstruction enough! We had a very bad fire at my house last year and Fire Reconstruction helped us immensely. They came out and cleaned and packed out everything that was salvageable. They were able to save some of my kids toys and furniture from this bad fire which was a huge help when you have little ones who lost so much. I found them to be very professional and compassionate during this difficult time. I would recommend them highly!

Thomas, Alfonso, and the whole crew did a fantastic job rehabbing our guest rooms after water damage. The ceiling is beautiful, paint job is perfect and the flooring looks great. Thomas was always available to answer questions and a great communicator. He checked in often. The project stayed on schedule and they never stayed late. Thanks so much!

Did a good job on a hail restoration - roof and external surfaces. The work was planned well, coordinated with me (homeowner) well. All punch list items were resolved effectively. I'm an engineer so I'm picky and the supervisor of the work resolved all my questions.and inspection issues identified - including insurance red tape. Thanks for the solid help.

Trusting Combat VeteranHaving a house fire is a stressful, life-changing event but equally stressful was the contractors we chose to repair our home. Even though my insurance suggested otherwise, I chose this group because the salesman told me the owners were all ex-military. The company had no online review and we were overwhelmed, so we felt rushed to make a decision. After the salesman left, we had one contractor that translated the instructions in Spanish to his subcontractors. He rarely followed up behind the workers, which resulted in a multitude of mistakes, delays, redos and complaints. After eight months of disappointing results and delays, we took over the 59 items from the repair list including all floors, Driveway, garage floor, bricks and back porch. Afterward, they refused to give us our portion of the insurance money for the work we paid for out of our pocket. It is over a year from the start of the estimated 6-month repair and we still have unresolved issues with this company. We had to hire 2 different inspectors to make sure the house was safe and they had pages of repairs that had to be redone. Most of our complaints were resolved eventually with countless hours, emails, complaints and finally the help of the insurance company. My wife and I were blessed to have flexible work and the ability to monitor their work and understand the mountain of complicated paperwork. I would hate for this company to take advantage of anyone else after having such a stressful event occur, so feel free to contact us for further details. If you decide to go with this company or you are in the middle of repairs, here are a few things to look for.* Have someone onsite to watch work being done. Watch for large gaps in the roofing and for proper framing before it is covered.* Watch for gaping hole on exterior* Take pictures of every plug, lighting and demand a similar quality. They make money if they downgrade the hardware, plugs, hinges, light fixtures, doors etc.*Research every 'work line item' if necessary and demand that bad subcontractor be removed.*Don’t forget to ask your insurance company's claim adjuster for help and update them for the slightest delay.* Have an independent inspector come in at 50% and 100% completion.* Do your accounting- several mistakes were made in their favor, so beware! The attached items is only about 1% of the total number of deficiencies outstanding that we have given up asking or afraid the repair would be worst than the current state. I have a mountain of evidence and videos and website coming soon showing the deceitful practices carried out by this group.

I have an open claim and this company is hard to work with. I have requested contact and they have not reached out to me in almost two weeks. They are giving me the run around when I ask for line by line explanations of the estimate. Still waiting on Rocky to contact me after two weeks. I am going to get with my insurance company and see what can be done.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
