Jennifer, Peyton, Raul, and team were all kind and helpful. On new year holiday weekend we had a leak and floor damage. They had good communication to let us know planned time for visit to help remove flooring and dry wall and place fans and dehumidifiers.They checked in if any time changes so we could make arrangements and plans. Excellent work by everyone at Pintail. Payton was fantastic on coming out and explaining to us what he was doing and assessing the damage and telling us next steps. Then we had Raul and Adrian come out and remove all of the wet items in our home and get it down to the bare min. They then put all the fans in place to go with the dehumidifiers Payton had already set up. It was crazy loud in our house but there was no doubt it was getting dried out for sure. Every step of the way they explained and made sure we were comfortable and were excellent communicators and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess that was made. John and his team did an amazing job. A few winters ago, I had a pipe burst in the attic, flooding and entire side of our two story home. Before I could even process the situation, Pintail had a crew out. With fans and dehumidifiers in hand, they started the drying process, assessed the damage and calmed my nerves. As they put the house back together, they kept in close contact with me and were organized with their invoicing and claims. Last June, 2022, we had extensive damage in our 3-year old house in Katy. Pintail's scope was to remove the existing flooring, seal and replace the flooring with LVP, paint the interior and perform other necessary repairs to restore the house to its original condition. John is professional and responsive. He is a good communicator and his crew was skilled and very pleasant. John has a "can do" attitude and is quick to come up with solutions that address issues that arise. The overall project took six weeks. The end result was the house looked as good as new.

Absolute Horrible experience. I went with this company due to the 4.8 star rating. Unfortunately, that's not what I received. I should have known of things to come after them being 2 hours late. Long story short. I finally finished cleaning up their mess and reinstalling my air vents by myself yesterday. I would not recommend shopping around and would not recommend to family and friends ever. On top of that, they charged me an overpriced cost for them only doing 1/4 of the work planned. Plus, I had to hire and pay an electrician to come fix what they broke. What a mess. Regarding your response...... Yeah an electrician out the next day or maybe Monday as everything in my fridge was melting and was knocked offline during a work presentation due to your equipment overloading the circuit in the house. Had you been on time things could have been different as i timed my presentation after your team should have been done. Neither here nor there at this time. Unfortunately, I cant recommend your company to anyone I know, nor give you a positive review. Your invoice for 3/4 work complete (when 1/4 work was done) is paid. Ill take the hit and move on with a different company.
