This is the second roof replacement Bill and their employed roofing crew have done for me. I like the fact that the workers are not some unknown subcontractors, but long term employees. I also like that they strip the roof clean down to the wood decking, replace any questionable decking and hand nail every shingle with 6 shank nails. I requested this same A team crew for my new home in need of a roof replacement. Bill came out and inspected the roof prior to my purchase and found critical issues that the realtor's roof inspector had missed. I also had them install three solar powered attic fans while the roof was being replaced. I was also aware that the way the existing gutters were installed and splashing on the facia boards, that some of the facia was beginning to rot (second photo near the gutter down spout right next to the facia). Not only was any soft facia replaced at a very reasonable cost, but his crew took the time to protect those splash areas with custom cut metal flashing so that I won't have this problem in the future! They did an excellent job of keeping the yard clean and protecting/covering my shrubs. I bought extra splash guards where the water overflows the leaf guard material during hard rains (staining the outside of the gutters) and they installed those for me at no additional charge! His lead roofer, was very accommodative and stopped what he was doing several times to visit/discuss my objectives about the facia and solar vents. Hopefully, I won't need a new roof again, but Bill at Done Right earned my repeat business and they did an outstanding job for a very picky customer!

If you want a hassle-free, no-nonsense, top-tier, and reasonably priced roofing job, then Done Right is the only company you need to contact. Bill sat down with me and guided me through the different available roofing options. There were no pushy sales tactics - instead just a methodical and carefully laid out plan of required supplies and events that would occur if I chose Done Right for my roof replacement.Bill has a hired crew of dedicated workers - not random contractors. They were professional and detailed in their work. From the stripping of the old roof, the inspection and meticulous fastening/replacement of the decking, the hand-nailing of the new roof, continual perimeter cleanup, to fascia and soffit repair. They did a fantastic job!Can't recommend these good folks enough. You will absolutely be pleased with their quality of work.

Use this company. This company is great!This is our third time using Done Right Roofing. 2010 (our previous house). 2015 for this house. And again this year after the big Texas hail storm in 2023.They had installed the old roof so well in 2015 that they had a hard time taking it off. A lot of the neighbors were able to have theirs taken off within a few hours...because they weren't put on correctly.We noticed a lot of our neighbors used the unreputable companies...and after rain, they had leaks and had to replace insulation. Not us. No leaks, no problems.Done Right also reattaches gutters and replaces boards if needed. A lot of our neighbors had to have someone else come out to put their gutters back on.Bill and his crew are great. We will be back for roof 4!

We had damage from the ice storm and called several companies to give us estimates. Bill with Done Right was by far the most knowledgeable and transparent with the quote.
