My husband met the original contact in our neighborhood. He was extremely friendly and my husband set up an appointment to discuss new windows. I was not thrilled about the "salespitch", HOWEVER, Braden and Noah were exceptional! They were so easy going, informative, concise, and just felt like family. Needless to say, we are in currently in the beginning process of receiving our custom made windows. I left this appointment knowing all my questions and concerns were addressed with honesty and I know they stand on their reputation!Great experience!

Terrell and Joshua came out to inspect my home today and they were absolutely amazing! Very informative and very knowledgeable! They walked me through all the options for the windows that I needed to know and made me comfortable with their offerings and worked with me with pricing and everything. I didn’t feel pressured into it, just more informed to be comfortable to do it. They gave a great presentation. They do an amazing job and I recommend them to anyone!! Thank you guys for all the hard work you do!

Apparently a "No Soliciting" sign means nothing to these people. With mine displayed prominently on my front door, I still got a loud banging on it during a work call. When I confronted the salesman about this, he insisted that he wasn't selling anything and then continued to try and push DaBella's services. Eventually, I insisted on getting some sort of contact information for the company so that I could ensure I never do business with them.I would recommend you avoid this company unless you're okay with such business practices.

These guys employ every high pressure sales tactic in the book and then some. They are only interested in your business if you are willing to close same day as your appointment. They would rather burn a bridge on a potential followup then listen to you say no for the 10th time.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They will call you every 3 hours all day everyday! THEY ONLY WANT TO SET an appointment with you for a BONUS they will say and do anything. And once they get in your home they will not leave and try to up sell you on basic product for 3 hours. All of these reviews have got to be fake seriously! Save your time!!

Alaska came to our home and used a lot of things to show us the quality of the Da Bella window products and their efficiency. He explained all of the different options for obscurity and privacy on the glass and the options for the dual functionality windows for easy and accessible cleaning and opening.
