I didn’t like the quality of the overall work done by this company. The sales person Tanner Morale was very sweet and efficient throughout the sales process. However, there are multiple issues and damages caused during the roof replacement process. The contractors kept denying, didn’t take any responsibilities to all the damages caused by their ignorance. This includes damaging my patio roof which they refused to fix. I would never recommend this company.

Did not received the Quality work I was promised By My Roof I had to consult a Roof Inspector because of some issues I had after the install. 1st syntactic Felt i bad for a low pitch roof that connects roof to Matal roof I was told syntactic Felt is No Good. Don't fall for it From Missing Solar inverters, Damage Trim, to Brocken Shingles, to improper install from Shingle to metal porch roof, plus I was told I was not paying for the deductible and at the END I still have to pay for it that is the Worst Experience I had.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof damage repair

Actually this company make me loss because the insurance didn’t pass their claim. I have to pay double insurance fee and only get 2% deductible in the next year insurance . I feel they are Not professional enough in assessing losses. maybe they are good at replace roof . I found My Roof representative Jack to be extremely professional, patient, polite and experienced. My house roof was damaged due to the Hail Storm- Jack and Myroof team worked with the insurance company handled the entire process, they also worked with the HOA - it was totally painless process for me. Unfortunately, due to the family health issues and work travel I cancelled or delayed scheduling several times but Jack was always accommodating not once he showed frustration. Work was completed to my satisfaction, they were on time and got the work done in a timely fashion and cleaned up after the work was done. Jack has followed up in person to ensure everything is fine.I had also check references and all three individuals I contacted, they were pleased and recommended them.Jack is very easy to work with and entire team was helpful. We recently had new insulation placed in our home and, at the time, the insulation guys noticed recent water spots and wet areas on the roof that they made us aware of were a problem. I looked at several roofing companies and picked My Roof because of the previous positive reviews. I have to say that they treated me with amazing respect and compassion and worked quickly and efficiently to get my job completed before the heavy rains came. One shout out, in particular, I want to make is to Ricky, my main contact with the company. Ricky is competent, quick to respond to my needs and proactive. He would spontaneously send me a text frequently to inform me when the guys were coming to fix the roof, would check up to assure that the guys had shown up on time and enquired after the work was done to assure that there were no more issues, especially before, during and after a big rain. Very impressive! Note, also, that the roofers who came by to do the work were equally impressive. They were thorough and kept me informed of their progress throughout the work. In addition, I made a few comparisons with other roofing companies and they always gave me the most competitive rate. They even discounted me for excess tiles that they did not need for the job!!! It's been several months now since they have completed the work and we have had several bad storms and yet their work is holding up well without any leaks or issues with water intrusion. I would highly recommend My Roof for your roofing needs. They will treat you equally well whether its a big or small job. This is a really good company.Back when I lived in California, we had our roof replaced by some random roofer that told us he could do it for a good price. The price was still expensive, not not as much as other companies.Years later, we needed to have our roof inspected again, but this time was a different roofer. After they inspected the roof, they showed us what they found and my heart sank. There were parts of the roof that weren't even finished! Shingles just stopped a few feet towards the edge of one part of the roof as if they ran out of them. Parts of the roof had shingles installed in an incorrect manner, as if they ran out of the specific shingle and were trying to make their own.The roofers who installed my roof were no where to be found and I could not get a hold of them, they were gone with the wind.Since that day, I truly understand that you get what you pay for, and there are certain things that you do not try to save money on.When I needed my roof done in Texas, I went with My Roof to do the job. I am so glad I went with them, and I was very pleased with the experience.They did the job, and they did it the right way, unlike the roofers in the past. Not only that, but they even gave me some great upgrades, some for free and some additions to my house for a very small upcharge.What I love about My Roof, is that they are not some random roofer. They are an actual, decent sized company, with some great people working there that I had the pleasure of doing business with. I am a 67 yr old retired teacher on a fixed income. Everything I was told and promised was a lie. Painted this caring and compassionate picture, but BEWARE! I was promised money back for a job that was done prior to the solar installation and I have not seen one cent. My brother in law has been trying to speak with the owner and at first he seemed like he was going to help clear up the money issue, but now he can't be reached. No one will answer our calls. Didn't finish the job on time. Price of the roof replacement was off from original quote. Then job was incomplete. So I was unsure and unsatisfied about the remaining amount. I held the money until they finished the job. They referred my account to a collection agency. Myroof had to finish the job, before I paid the balance. I should have been careful, THEY knocked on my door and not the other way around. Be careful
