I have used Stamper Roofing twice for a complete roof replacement from hail storm damage. I can’t say enough good things about working with Rosemary and how easy each job has been. Rosemary takes care of everything and is a one-stop shop taking care of all the details with my hail storm damage, including roof, windows, siding, paint touchup, fence stain and repair and gutters. tldr: excellent service, excellent roof, quickly done.I called them a week before I had to travel and scheduled a meeting the Monday I got back. We met, got an estimate, scheduled work for next week and got pushed forward by someone else's delay. Getting the new roof took 4 days from first meeting, the yard is clean of debris, the roof looks good, and they even added an extra turbine free of charge to help ventilation.

Jacob came by for a re-roof estimate and asked to see the insurance sheet and promised to provide an estimate in a few days. Fast forward 2.5 laters and numerous calls, he simply wouldn’t respond. Called the Dallas office and was reassured he would call back, and no response. Wholly irresponsive and wasted both our time spending an hour going over the insurance paperwork. Would not recommend as the company never returns calls. I feel sorry for the customers trying to track down this company for warranty work.

I met John Stamper several years ago when he knocked on my door clearly seeing that my roof was in need of replacing. I explained in details the reason I was unable to get a roof at the present time. John was not only sympathetic but genuinely understood my situation. Several years passed with my roof getting worse, I decided to call Stamper - just to get a quote. This is when I met Rosemary. After speaking with John I was pretty sure I wanted to go with this company for my roof replacement but after speaking with Rosemary, I knew I wanted this company to replace my roof. Rosemary was very patient and understanding with me and she never gave up on me even though it took several years before I would finally get my roof replaced. The crew was very polite, professional and worked fast. Given the condition of my roof, I was sure it would take at least 2 days to complete but I was wrong.... The crew started around 7:00 A.M. and was done shortly after 7:00 P.M. I have to admit my roof was in pretty bad shape. When I walked out and saw my roof, all I could do was cry. Throughout the years, I have had several roofers try to get my business but I would always tell them I have already chosen the company I want to go with and I am so glad I did. Not only did they help me with the roof, they also assisted me with getting my siding repaired and now getting my gutters replaced all at a reasonable price. I have an older home that required some extra attention when replacing the roof. Working with Rosemary Stamper and her crew was great from start to finish. All were punctual, totally responsive to our requests, and the roof looks fabulous! Rosemary met with our insurance agent and negotiated on our behalf to get every damaged item replaced. Great company, even better individuals…I don’t often write reviews but when you get exceptional service on a significant home repair I think the company deserves it. After the hail storm in February 2022, within a day, our neighborhood had contractors crawling all over the place pushing the hard sale providing false and sometimes illegal promisesFrustrated by the whole process I finally had a friend who recommended Jacob Stamper from Stamper roofing. It turned out he and his crew were already in the area voluntarily boarding up broken windows for a retirement community before a cold front moved inImmediately when talking to Jacob I could tell he was honest, transparent, and most importantly did not push the hard sell. That feeling continued throughout the entire process as he was always thorough, responsive, and made it simple. Not to mention they did a fantastic job on the repairs including roof, windows, gutters, etcBy the way, many contractors will try to complete the job as soon as possible since they’re only temporarily in the area or only doing roofing seasonally. I cannot give enough praise to Stamper Roofing and Construction. I recently hired Stamper to replace the roof on my home. I reached out to Jacob Stamper through a recommendation in somewhat of a panic and he was at my door the next day to assess our roof. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He is also an expert on the insurance process as it pertains to roofs. Stamper Roofing was able to have my roof replaced in a matter of days. The office staff was also very efficient in the process. I am a perfectionist who prides themselves on maintaining a pristine yard. The roofing crew at Stamper did a fabulous job. They had such a great respect for our property, dog and children for that matter. The crew was so meticulous in making sure the job remained immaculate. I inspected the yard and did not find one nail or piece of debris. Aside from the people at Stamper being wonderful to work with and experts in their field, they are also very competitively priced.
