We are SO pleased with our new roof!! Jeremy and the rest of the team from Royal Roofing did an AMAZING job!! Jeremy even took the time to not only come out and give us an estimate, he also helped us work with our insurance company and their adjuster to get almost half of the cost covered by insurance! The team is very hardworking, careful to keep an eye on detail, did a wonderful job with the cleanup afterward and Jeremy explained everything that would be done, let us choose our shingle color at the estimate and also answered every single question we had right then and also made himself available via text, e-mail or phone call for any other questions that came up later. The process was seamless thanks to his wonderful follow up and the team’s thorough attention to delivering a great quality job. We couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend Jeremy and the Royal Roofing team to anyone who wants only the best for their home. Thank you again, Jeremy and Royal Roofing!!! A new roof in a day! This roof was installed, with quality, very quickly after a hailstorm in my neighborhood. Brittany was great to work with, and was sure to answer any questions that I had. Royal Roofing worked with my insurance company to ensure all the damaged areas were properly documented, even working with the inspector from the insurance company. When installation day came, the crew was at the house and ready to work right as the sun came up. They protected my plants from debris, and made sure my a/c units and garage doors were protected from damage. After the day was over, I had a clean yard, and a new roof!The process was something that I was dreading, not know what I was going to have to deal with. Royal Roofing made this a pleasant experience.

What an incredible company! Royal operates with the utmost integrity which I've never seen before in the roofing industry. From being on time for the initial inspection to communicating with the insurance company and advocating for my family to get the needed repairs covered after a tornado.The quality of materials used are top notch! Multiple neighbors had roofs replaced after the tornado and the quality of vent boots to drip edge different even come close to what Royal did for my home. Not only that but they completely refinished my attached metal awning. New rolled roofing and installed a proper water flashing (no more tar on the house). Then they were able to also get all of my gutters replaced and custom colored to complete the overall look of the house. The cherry on top? Royal filed an amendment to get the damage to my chimney covered as well! I didn't even think to try and get that covered but Royal did and I cannot say enough about the quality, integrity, and genuine high level of caring about their customer. Royal will forever be recommendation to any and all people I come into contact with. I had a roof leak during the big wind storm the other night and I got in touch with Jeremy Watson after posting looking for recommendations on Facebook. He messaged me right back and said he could come and check it out for me and worked around my schedule and was very flexible and helpful on that.He came out today and did a roof inspection around the penetrations where the roof leak was and made sure everything was good. I can’t recommend Jeremy Watson enough! Super nice guy that didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and explained what the issue most likely was and that it was from the high winds going through the vents that was something the builder didn’t really install properly in the first place. He made sure it all looked good and if we have any issue again he would come back out and we would go from there. Looks like it was just such a high wind it got into something that can’t be sealed anyways. Jeremy Watson is your man if you need any roof repairs done!!

Heathers team is on point. Brittany communicated well in her explanation of things, essentially educating us a bit on Texas roofs and insurance claims process. She was never pushy, was transparent and honest. She set proper expectations. And during the installation she was on site the entire time actually managing the crew. She didn’t stop by for a minute then never show up again like many project managers do. She made sure everything was being done to their level of expectation all day. If it wasn’t, she came back to make sure the little things were addressed and done to their standard. They came back to finish a few items and actually showed up! From them, I expected that. But from other contractors they usually say they’ll be back with a guy and then never show and you have a punch list of items never completed but your payment is expected. Royal Roofing does not conduct themselves like that. She truly set a higher standard for themselves and every other contractor that I highly doubt many will ever perform to their level. Their service alone blew my mind. And I was very pleased with the finished product. I will refer them to everyone needing a new roof or repairs.

I have been in the roofing industry for about 7 years. I've worked with and been trained by some of the best in the industry. I opened my own roofing company in 2020 during the Covid situation. I ran a moderately successful business with a 5 star Google rating but it was incredibly stressful to be a business owner. In September of 2022 Hurricane Ian struck Fort Myers Florida and I travelled down to SW Florida to see how I could help. I worked for a local Fort Myers roofing company and found my love for the industry again. It was a huge weight off of my shoulders to just be able to help my homeowners and not have to worry about all of the stress of being a business owner. When I came back to Texas in February of 2023 I had decided that I didn't want to be a business owner anymore and I'd rather go back to just selling roofs, but for who? I would only work for someone that had the same values and integrity as myself with a drive to help homeowners and provide the best customer service experience. I had previously met Heather Hitchcock at a networking event in Dallas, TX. I followed Heather and her roofing journey through social media and admired her commitment to excellence, her charisma, and her unwavering faith in God. After a few brief conversations, I found myself part of the Royal Roofing team and look forward to bringing my knowledge and experience to help grow and spread Heather's vision for Royal Roofing and our team!

Had them replace our siding (after another contractor started & did a horrible job) and roof. Not only did they do a great job but they did it quickly and cleaned up so nicely after they were done. While I hope to not need to replace my roof or siding again, if I do I will 100% use them again.

They were here when our adjuster came and helped us deal with the hell that is TWIA.
