Was contacted by their team after the recent hail storm. They came out and did an inspection. They were extremely professional and honest in their evaluation of my damage. Our neighborhood has been bombarded with roofing companies since the storm, many of them are very aggressive in their tactics. DCT was very easy to talk to and did not pressure me at all.

I am the owner of the company and this review is fake. I do not know this customer and my name isn’t spelled correctly either. My customers have my business card in hand and it’s on all contracts. Secondly she’s referring to a ceiling being open then different color material being used. I am backed by my manufactures and purchase all materials from local warehouse companies in the DFW area. I offer a 10 yr warranty. I would encourage this person to reach out to my company or the manufacturer of the materials that were installed. They will warranty the work and get in touch with me. We hope customers will be honest but sadly this seems to be a personal attack for some reason. Called DCT Roofing Solutions, after a hailstorm, to get an estimate on a new roof. Moneeca came to our house within a few hours of the call and did a thorough inspection. She was able to give us several options on the roof replacement and even had the shingle samples and colors on hand so we could start picking colors.The estimate was far and honest. Moneeca even found a few issues that did not affect the roof replacement but would eventually cause us further damage if not addressed.In addition to having a roof replaced we replaced all the siding, soffits, and fascia. A complete gutter system was installed and our home repainted. The roofers worked effectively and finished in a timely manner Couldn't tell they had even been there.DCT took care of our entire project. I had to have my roof replaced after a bad hail storm hit the Denton and surrounding area last April 3 2014. I had so called roofing companies knocking on my door day and night like it was Halloween. What a bunch of con artists, liars, and cheats these people were. They reminded me of carnival workers on the midway at the state fair. They all had some story of how I wouldn't have to pay my deductible and they would even lie to the insurance company and I could put tons of money in my pocket off the claim.Needless to say, every one of these crack pots either didn't exist when you check their credentials, or were from out of town/out of state, or they had countless bad experiences from others posted everywhere. I did my homework and checked every where there is to look and about the only company in our area that has been around and has an excellent track record was DCT Roofing Solutions, Inc. These guys were the best! From start to finish, they handled everything repair wise and worked with my insurance and got them to pay for things they had overlooked. They went above and beyond my expectations in every way.They did my mom's roof and my sister's roof after I had them do mine and same great experience as well. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

If I could give less than one star and still write a review I would. I not only was appalled by the business tactics implored by DCT roofing as well as the woman who came to do the estimate on my roof but I was utterly disgusted with the conversations I heard her having when she assumed I wasn’t listening. She was overbearing, rude, catty, unprofessional and entirely too forward about her personal life which honestly made me feel very uncomfortable. I would never do business with this company or that woman and you should think long and hard before choosing who you give your business to as well.Sincerely ,-Concerned community member-

Inspected roof on home we had just purchased in August 2014. Previous homeowner had replaced the roof in April 2014. We wanted a second opinion from a contractor other than the original installer. We found DCT Roofing Solutions on line and were impressed with their website, credentials and that they had won multiple year service awards from Angie's List. Their superintendent Antonio came out and inspected roof and explained what needed to be fixed. Reflashed skylight and chimney. Replaced rotted siding on chimney and painted. Checked shingles for proper installation and caulked any exposed nails

we had an excellent experience. they did the roof, gutters, and the fence after a massive hailstorm. we upgraded to a class 4 roof, and also had 2 wind turbines installed. the cheap original wooden fenceposts were replaced with steel, and the fence was treated and stained, and looks better than new(it is 13 years old). even the neighbor asked if hers could be done, too. we just had a pretty major storm, and the neighbor's roof is torn up, but ours has no damage. kris came by several times to make sure everything was being done, and it was all done quickly. everything was cleaned up like they were never here. i also notice our electricity bill is lower, and we can tell the class 4 roof and the wind turbines has helped with the interior temps. it stays cooler in the summer, and warmer in the winter. dct as done a LOT of roofs in the subdivision, and the high recommendation by another neighbor was why we went with dct. we also highly recommend dct

Kris was very easy to work with. Everything happened just the way he told us it would. His crew started, arrived, cleaned-up, & finished just as he promised they would. He did all the leg work as far as coordinating with our insurance company; as they had missed including a storage building and a couple of other things in their initial claim approval. Kris immediately contacted them and got everything approved within a couple of days. We are extremely busy with running our own business and raising 3 kids.....Kris made the process easy & painless for us! Thanks Kris & sorry it's taken so long for me to get this posted.

Moneka ripped us off! The job was not finished. I still have no ceiling, and the roof looks like they mixed up various colors left over from different jobs. Its absolutely horrible.
