Less than a year ago, we had the roof of our commercial building resurfaced by a long standing roofer here in the Denton area. During one of our wonderful Texas downpours, our roof started leaking worse than it ever had before the resurfacing. When I reached out to the roofer that did the work, he was MIA. You can imagine how upset we were by this and now had to find someone we could trust to fix our roof and not take advantage of us again.After doing some research, I reached out to several roofers and eventually decided to go with Elliot from Red Ladder Roofing. After inspecting the roof, Elliot and his team informed us that the resurfacing was done incorrectly and a portion of it would need to be redone. Elliot was VERY patient with my questions and all my back and forth (I have trust issues). We ultimately decided to do the suggested repairs and trust that Elliot and his guys would pull through for us and they did.I have to admit I was holding my breath when we had our first good rain after Red Ladder's repairs. I was going to reach out to Elliot and let him know all was well, but he reached out to me first which speaks to the integrity of this company.We will 100% be using Red Ladder Roofing in the future and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs.

Ricky came out the same day I called. My new insurance company required an inspection (ugh). Ricky came out, took pics, told me the roof looked great, and emailed me the photos all in a 1.5 hour turn around. I’ll def use this company if/when we need a new roof. Red Ladder Roofing did a full roof replacement at my residence and did an exceptional job! They were professional, expedient, and very thorough through the entire process. From the start everything was explained the process well, they contacted the insurance and made a smooth transition and made sure the full coverages were being met. During the installation the workers were very skillful and thorough, and without even being asked, the owner came by to check on the job and did quality assurance and address any concerns I had. No issues were present and the just the fact of this shows the professional. After the job was complete the workers came by several times to pick up nails and debris. We had a straight line wind hit our house and it blew some shingles off our roof . I called Brian Prince with Red Ladder Roofing. We had storms coming back in with heavy rain within 48 hours. Brian got with the owner and got a crew out to our house the next day. They repaired the roof before the storms hit and we stayed dry without a problem. It was a great experience and I would not consider using anyone else to fix the roof on my house. Brian Prince and Red Ladder Roofing are 5 stars in my book! My chimney's trim pieces had failed and was allowing water into the interior of the attic space. Due to the height of the chimney and the steep slope of the roof, I was unable to make these repairs myself. I was concerned that this job was too small for a contractor to take, but Red Ladder Roofing stepped up and handled the project with ease. I found that their attention to detail, beginning with the initial on-site inspection, through completion was outstanding. Red Ladder Roofing is the BEST roofing company I have ever worked with. They take pride in their work. That's hard to find nowadays.I've had two roofs put on in the last year due to hail. The first roof replacement started in 2019. The roofing company that started the 2019 roof took all the insurance money and my deductible and never finished the job, but what is worst this that roofer left my roof with just plywood on it. I called Red Ladder Roofing to get a consult on my opinion and what needed to be done to get my house in the dry. When Ricky (the owner) came out to asset my roof, he said there was nothing I could do except paying for my roof myself. Being a single mom with three kids, not knowing what to do, he put my roof in the dry so it wouldn't leak until I could get something done. I finally got my roof completed in 2020. I wish Red Ladder had done the job. But it was out of my hands by this time.However, in 2021 I called Red Ladder Roofing to replace my roof. They completed my roof in 2 days, and it was exceptional work. They're honest, trustworthy, and do incredible work.Red ladder roofing is a five-star company. They put their customers first. They are honest and trustworthy. Ricky keeps you informed throughout the whole project. They prep the area before they start by putting tarps down around the perimeter of your house to help with cleanup and protect your equipment. They use magnets to ensure there aren't any nails in your yard. Also, around six weeks after my roof was completed, he called to ensure I was satisfied and everything was good with my roof. I still have had any issues. Every aspect of working with Red Ladder Roofing is easy.Service: Roof installation
