If TriStar roofing as a whole operates the same way Dustin does, this company deserves 10 stars. From a leak during a downpour to being patient with me, to getting it done in a very timely manner (once I did my part) to ensuring everything he said he was going to do was done, Dustin and his crew took care of it. Kept the yard/house clean during construction and he made sure we were satisfied with it all. The integrity of the company was seen right away as Dustin stated they were going to do it right and that's exactly what they did. Don't try to figure out who to use for your next roofing job, use TriStar.

We had TriStar do a replacement roof from the hail damage from 3/2016. They did the work on our schedule 10/2018. We decided on upgrading from the standard shingles to a Class IV Euroshield rubberized shingle by Gem. We could not have asked for a better product or service. They were very reasonably priced for the roof and additional upgrades such as the radiant barrier decking, gutters, additional soffit vents, and fascia. We got to work with some great project managers and laborers. Very impressed with their crews and workmanship. Troy took the extra effort to make sure that we were totally satisfied with the job and they have a great back office to communicate on scheduling and expectations. I highly recommend TriStar and their GEM products. Best company and materials on the market. The house looks great and neighbors are always asking about the roof. Thank you TriStar, I look forward to having you work on our other house.PS. It saved about 25% on our homeowners insurance to have this Class IV roof.

Replaced roofs (house, shed and barn) damaged by hail. House and shed have composition roofs, barn has metal roof. Very professional, friendly, easy to work with. Responsive, timely, coordinated very well with insurance company. We are extremely pleased and will most definitely use them again if it becomes necessary. Had a new roof put on my house, I was impressed and very satisfied with the quote, craftsmanship, and professionalism of TriStar. They replaced rotten boards, decking, and soffit......the roof looks really great. We utilized TriStar to fix some ventilation issues, a few leaks that were occurring, and guttering. Their employees were very professional, polite, on time, and cleaned up. The owner was extremely responsive, especially when leaks were occurring, to assist in mitigating further damage and was honest about what really should be addressed or could be deferred, helping us to manage our budget. Their estimates were accurate and very reasonable as we did get quotes from others for comparison purposes. Since we also had great experience on the construction side, our preference was to continue with them - and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

Tristar replaced our roof in 2018. Their team worked fast and got the roofing portion of the job done in no time. We had three issues: one related to boots installed vs. what insurance paid for and then with the gutters that were replaced. Our gutters were installed at a downward angle toward our chimney on one side. Over the course of a very wet fall, we experienced significant damage to the mortar on our chimney because of the bad gutter job and subsequently flooding inside our house. In addition, they ripped the counter flashing from our chimney and didn’t replace/repair while doing the roof job. We ended having to pay another company to come in and take care of that. I can’t say for certain that had I barked loud enough that they wouldn’t have taken care of these, but the guy in charge of our job avoided my calls and always tried to point the blame somewhere else. When I tried to call the office to get in touch with someone, they always just referred me back to Matt. After enough times getting the runaround from the guy in charge of our project, we hired other contractors to repair the damage caused to the flashing and or chimney. Because of the cost of these repairs, we still can’t afford to replace the flooring from the flood damaged living room the bad gutters caused.

Tristar replaced the roof in the building I live in and could not have done a better job. The building is over 100 years old, 4 stories tall and right in the middle of the downtown area(so not an easy situation), and in the weeks that they were on site I never once felt like they were putting me out of my home. The supervisor was always on site and was always willing to answer any questions the tenants had as they were coming and going, keeping mind to make sure no one was walking in a dangerous area. All in all- probably about as painless as you can get for such a big job!
