Chris was so helpful as we had never dealt with insurance and they were extremely difficult. They came in removed and treated everything. The communication was great and everything went seamless. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for this company. Everyone is truly so kind, hardworking, honest, patient, and humble. They go above and beyond, they’re thorough, and they don’t rush. Everything was explained to my husband and I in great detail so that we were always on the same page every step of the way. We were having issues with our house outside of their scope of work, and Chris still took extra time (after working on our home with his team for hours already) to get us the resources to get those things fixed as well. The word “compassionate” Is almost an understatement to describe Chris and all of the wonderful workers who came together in my family’s time of need. They treated my family and I, as well as our home, with such respect. I could honestly go on all day about my positive experience. The only regret I have is not reaching out sooner. I have used Rainbow personally and for my clients. I have been very pleased with their work, their professionalism and that they just work so hard to satisfy their customers!I called Rainbow in for an evaluation on a possible mold issue for a home my clients were purchasing. Chris spent over 2 hours in the home checking every wall! He found the entire south wall of the home my clients were purchasing had moisture in every room and both floors of the south side of the home. After much inspecrion, he concluded it would need full remediation and other areas checked as well. The cost for the full remediation and then renovation would have been close to $600,000. Chris saved my clients from this nightmare. He also worked all night to get numbers to me because I was under a time constraint.Rainbow goes way above and beyond!!

Chris and his team were awesome and made an otherwise unpleasant experience more bearable when we reached out to them for help after we came home from work to find water pouring out of our front door as a result of a reducer that failed on our whole house water system. The team was professional and helpful as well as reassuring throughout the process from handling the contract and work scope, removal of all wet materials, installing equipment to extract the water, and documenting all aspects of the water mitigation process until the house was dried out.

Hiring Rainbow International Restoration of Dickinson was the best decision I could have possibly made when the AC drain line backed up and flooded my house. Chris was absolutely amazing. Not only was all of his work done on schedule, but it was also up to my very high (Type A personality) standards. Chris is clearly fully invested in his work, he takes it very seriously and asks over and over what more he can do to help and put the customer at ease. He is everything you would hope for in a contractor. Not to mention, my insurance company was EXTREMELY difficult to work with and they tried everything to get out of paying for the total cost of the claim. As GC for the repairs, Chris went FAR above and beyond to research and document everything in order to get the coverage that I needed. I have dealt with other contractors and I have never seen anyone work so hard to help the customer deal with an insurance company. I can’t tell you how lucky I was to have him helping me! This was a really difficult situation and the insurance made it such a nightmare. I am 100% sure that I would’ve ended up getting scammed out of a lot of money by the insurance company if Chris had not advocated for me and helped me navigate the claim process. If you are faced with a bad situation in your home, it is already stressful enough...do yourself a HUGE favor and hire Chris. You will be very glad that you did!!

Chris with Rainbow of Dickinson was great. We had a toilet flood part of the ground level of our house and were referred to Rainbow of Dickinson by our insurance company. After the mitigation and clean up we were very satisfied/impressed with their knowledge, work, and handling of the situation. Because of this we opted to use Rainbow for the restoration process and even a couple of extra projects as well. Once again very happy. We had a water leak in the house,damaging the flooring & sheetrock by the washer. Rainbow Int. was quick to respond & set up mitigation equipment right away. Someone checked on us every day the equipment was there. Chris(from Rainbow) was there when the insurance adjuster came out. He communicated effectively with the adjuster. Rainbow International in Dickinson did an amazing job for one of my clients. We had to have the attic cleaned of rat droppings, etc before the house could close the next day. They sent someone out immediately that evening to see the attic and came back early the next morning to clean the attic so that we were able to close on the sale by 2:00. We thankfully called in the team at Rainbow International of Dickinson to assist us with our home that had received water damage due to the unprecedented freezing weather, which caused several pipes to burst, because of the power outages in February of 2021.Tony, Chris, & Company were very responsive in getting us scheduled and ultimately squared away; safely!It was a long process, no thanks to our insurance of course, but Chris & his team were very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with us throughout the entirety.
