After researching 5 online metal building contractors for 3 months I decided to go with National Metal Buildings, Ms. Dixie Savage helped me through the entire process, her attention to detail and customer service is what made me select National over the rest. The installation crew from Infinity carports that arrived on my property wasted no time from start to finish. They were professional, polite and very courteous. I am very happy with the workshop they built. I highly recommend National Metal Buildings if you looking to build a metal building.

Great folks that care about their customers as well as their employees! Diana and the supporting office staff were quite friendly and attentive in getting me all the materials I needed for my project! The warehouse staff pulled everything I had custom ordered then assisted me in getting everything loaded and secured safely! I can't say enough good things about National Metal Buildings! I can tell you National is priced 15% to 20% LOWER than a very popular local carport building manufacturing company that has inflated their pricing above market... Don't just take my word for it just get a bid the numbers don't lie...

I recently purchased steel from here to build my carport, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish!First off, let's give a round of applause to Amber, the salesperson extraordinaire! She not only helped me compile the perfect list of materials for my project but also offered me the best price possible.Upon arriving at the company's location, I was greeted with the same level of warmth and helpfulness. Shanae, the office wizard, greeted me with a smile and efficiently handled all the paperwork. Then there was Chris, the unsung hero who loaded up my material with a smile and some serious muscle power. Their professionalism and kindness made the long drive from Plano totally worth it.The only hiccup was encountering a Dallas Cowboys fan on-site, but hey, nobody's perfect!Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of steel supplies. Cheers to a job well done!

They deleted my fiance's review and blocked him on Facebook so I'll write it here. The concrete that was used in our shop and under our carport started cracking terribly after only a couple of months. I would say that maybe it was caused by weather or something, but we had an 80ft concrete driveway poured 2 days later that is connected to the carport concrete and it hasn't cracked at all. We spent over $40,000 on our building in April of 2022 and we've been trying to talk to them about this concrete problem for well over a year and nothing has been figured out. And now they won't talk to us. I will say that the building and actual carport itself have had no issues and I'm happy with it. But after paying that much money, I expected to have everything be done right.

We hired National Metal Buildings to design and build two buildings next to each other with some very specific requirements. The process of designing was smooth and they are very knowledgeable. We worked with Shane and found him to be professional and very responsive. Highly recommend him~!! The office staff is very competent and helpful. The prices are reasonable. Their workmanship is quality and you can tour the facility to see options and how they do what they do. In the future when we need another design and build we will be contacting them again. I highly recommend this company~!!

After getting ripped off by a company out of North Carolina I was really skeptical of all of the builders. I contacted National Metal and with in minutes Shane had me very confident that this was the company I needed to use. I told him what we were looking for and he got me a quote. I took the quote home to talk it over with my wife and she also had another quote from another company. Her quote was several thousand dollars less. I sent both quote sheets to Shane and we went thru them line by line. Seems like this other company was going to sell us inferior material (thinner gauge). In the middle of the conversation Shane said, "I want you to have a product that you are happy with and I want to be the one to sell it to you." When it was all said and done I had a quote for a far superior building and he made the price really really close to the other guys building.I will update my review once the building gets installed and until then I will be relaxed knowing that Shane and National Metal Building are fixin to build me a real nice building.

After a lot of research and frustration with other companies, I was so glad to find National Metal Buildings for my barndominium project. My salesman, Shane Clayton, spent a lot of time working with me to make sure I was happy with the finish product. I even made the trip to Texas to see their plant and ask questions. I was greeted by Shane on my arrival and walked through the fabrication process. I got to meet the team that would be working with me through my experience. Just a great group of people! I would definitely recommend them for any type of metal building you are looking for!

Not the barn company they use to be!! Lie after lie just to make sure they aren't at fault... The sails girl didn't bother to put done my same colored screws so in stead of working with the customer I received silver screws on my grey barn.. instead of working with me on the issue they were going to take the barn back down and charge me for it and a restocking fee. this really sad guy named Shane tried to tell me the screws would cost 830.00 . I picked them up for 30.00 a bag.. THIS IS ONE SAD COMPANY...
