I’ve shopped around before finding Carlos Martinez Roofing. The first McAllen company I tried, send me a quick quote, but never called back to answer my questions. Another charged way to much and really couldn’t justify why. So I delayed the annoying task of looking again for a few weeks. When I tried again, I stumbled onto their website by chance, read some of there reviews, and decided to gave them a try. From the beginning, Carlos made it simple and answered all my question regarding the insurance process, and gave me a day that was convenient. On the day of installation he was here by 7am, to answer any question on what to expect and a time frame. In 2 days a new roof and no trash or debris. On the day they finished, Carlos send me before and after pics with the drone video of finished worked. Great work! I needed a new roof so I called Carlos Martínez who came immediately to my house and gave me a very reasonable estimate. As soon as I signed the contract, he took out the permits and don Monday began the work. The work was finished on Tuesday including all cleanup. They used a magnet to make sure all nails were collected. My property was left immaculate. I have recommended them to friends.

Our business roof was damaged badly during a storm and I had no idea who to call for the repair. I decided to search in Google for a qualified company. Martinez Roofing was the first one to pop out with its 5 stars. Am I glad to have called them. This is a family oriented business, professional and with values. Carlos ( the owner) and his crew made sure we were informed on every step of the repair. I was given pictures and video on the work progress. Once finished they cleaned all the perimeter with a magnetic sweeper and then a personal visual inspection to make sure no screws were left behind. At the end of November the ceiling in our front entrance way had began to leak. It was cold and drizzling, but the following day of our leaky roof, Martinez roofing company came to check it out. Do to the faulty panel layout from the original construction of the house there was water damage. There was a hole a little bigger than baseball created by water damage. They replaced all the rotten wood and material, and added metal paneling to prevent water damage. The price was reasonsable!!!!
