I was extremely pleased with the detailed communication from both the father and his son, who are running this company for the past 30+ years. They were very punctual in defining the scope of the work and scheduling an appointment promptly to accommodate my needs. They also finished their work in a timely fashion as promised. The quality of the work was exceptional as evidenced in the pictures I have attached. I have shown the pictures of the work done by the previous roofer (first three pictures), and it was subsequently corrected by Mr. Armando’s roofers. Not only that, he gives an excellent warranty for his work, and that itself speaks for the quality of work they do. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend his professional workmanship without any reservation.

El Paso winds destroyed our roof. We contacted AAAA contractors for the job and were not disappointed. Armando and his son were direct and clear about the process. Their costumer service was superb and they always returned phone call promptly. During the roof replacement, every thing was completed as detailed in the contract. AAAA employees were great. They completed the work as promised and left our property clean each day. We are extremely happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.

We were told recently by our homeowners insurance company that due to the age of our roof, our policy was going to be amended and lose some endorsements. So we began the process of finding someone who could do a full roof replacement. I had setup two meeting with other contractors before my wife said to try AAAA Contractors and Roofing because of the reviews she saw on Google. I saw some of the pictures and decided to give them a call. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Armando is the owner and he came out personally to inspect the roof and provide a quote. I knew I also wanted to make changes to the roof, such as adding ridge vents and Armando listened and provided feedback. He walked me through everything they would do, from start to finish. I had a quote from him that was highly competitive and with quality materials used. Armando was very honest and explained when he would be able to start the work and sure enough, on Feb 12th, his guys were here just after 7am to get started. It took them 4 days to complete and everyday his team was professional and courteous. Armando was on-site everyday overseeing the project and working his team. Each day he would tell me what they were doing, always answered my questions and addressed every concern. Even his team would answer questions when I asked. They finished up day 4 and Armando took me up to the roof and pointed out all the work he and his team did. He showed me how he solved some of the problem areas of our roof and improved the installation using modern techniques for things like vent caps and ridge vents. His pricing is fair, his team of workers are great people, and I felt I was a valued customer from start to finish.I can't recommend these guys enough. If you need a new roof or need repairs, I'd give Armando a call. Armando and his team turned a stressful ordeal into something that was actually enjoyable. Still amazed these guys don't fire nails through their hands at how fast they use those nail guns! Just great work all around. Thank you Armando and thank you to your team!

I spent a month meeting with roofing companies estimators. The first two weeks I had so many different options of what they felt was the best option without addressing my main concerns. I wanted to address my soft decking. They all tried to convince me it wasn't needed. I couldn't make a decision. I had lots of quotes, all with different roofing options, and ridiculously high quotes. I went back to the drawing board. I started looking for other roofing companies and this time looked only for those with many many years of experience and great reviews. I finally met with Armando, week 4 of my search, and I instantly knew they were the perfect fit. He listened to all my concerns. He discussed his plan and I was sold. I wasn't even concerned with the cost at that point. That evening I got his quote. It was very detailed. It outlined the work and exact material they'd be using. To top it off, the quote was so fair. I was expecting double the price for a new roof. They quoted me what the other roofing companies were trying to charge but instead of applying something to my old roof, I got a quote for a new roof for the same price, if not less than most of the other quotes I had received the weeks prior. They were here the following week and finished the job in two days. They showed up at the time they said they would and used the products they sent in the proposal. The entire crew was so professional. They also cleaned up after themselves. If I had questions, I'd call and they answered every time and answered all of my questions. So I had my roof done about a week ago from Armando and his team. He was very informative on the process.Any issues that came about during the process of my roof replacement he was quick to tell me and ask how I would like to proceed . Also i had a few request on things i wanted taken off the roof and he had no problem with making sure it got done. He was very professional and i was surprised how quick his team got the work done . With them being quick to replacing the roof which they did a great job at , the only thing that i think could be a bit better would be the clean up . I have found a couple handful of nails while being in my front and back yard since the job has been done. I get it with replacing a roof it is hard to get every nail picked up. It is just a recommendation on just trying to be more thorough when cleaning . Other that that his pricing for a roof replacement was very affordable . Definitely would recommend that using this company is the way to go for a roof replacement. Thank you all for a great looking roof and no more worries about leaks.

Hello everyone! I know how hard it is to find someone honest and reliable to do work on your home. The fear of getting scammed or getting cheap/unfinished work is stressful, to say the least. I wanted to share with you all that I have found a local, family owned roofing and construction company that by far exceeded my expectations! They are affordable, honest, caring, reliable, and trustworthy. We needed a new roof as ours was probably 15 years old. I requested a quote through their website and was contacted the same day to set up an appointment for a free estimate. They came the next day and gave me an amazing price. Once I had agreed, they put me on their schedule a few days later. Their whole crew showed up on time both days they worked. The owner, Armando, was here helping them and making sure everything was done correctly and up to his high standards. Every single one of them has been so courteous, polite, and respectful. A couple of months ago my insurance told me I was going to be dropped due to roof needing to be replaced. I started contacting roofing companies and AAAA Contractors explained thoroughly (with pictures) of roof damage and what needed to be done. Mr. Nieto then proceeded to explain the process they would use and showed me examples of other repairs they had done. On March 19, the began the repair process and his entire team was professional and worked diligently! Mr. Nieto would update me as work was being done and up to completion. After calling several roofing businesses, I called Armando Nieto from AAAA roofing. He came by to do an estimate within an hour! We decided to go with him because of the quality of products AAAA uses and the 10 year warranty for workmanship. Armando and his son, Armando Jr. helped us through the claims process and completed work in two days. They were prompt and everything was thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. They even cleaned anything that went into the neighbor's yard! We have received several compliments on how the roof looks now. Called several roofing companies, and Armando from AAAA Contractors gave me a good price to get my roof fixed. They also replaced the vents on the roof, removed unused pipes coming out of the roof, fixed several window screens, and painted the rain drip around the house to my satisfaction. All work was completed within two days, and the work was completed as quoted. When I got my quote, Armando explained what all the charges on the estimate were, and also explained what warranty came with the roof. Everything I was promised was delivered.
