They were on time did the job as promised and were clean while working. The roof looks great and I have no concerns. The owner called me after to make sure I had no issues or problems. All star roofing damaged my property, they forgot to fasten my AC units, and lack workmanship. They left undone detail work that will cause leaks. Nails were left all over the place causing tire damage. Ruined my landscaping lights and paint around my home. They used old shingles and also damaged canopies. I would not recommend this company to no one, quick is not good when roofing.Service: Roof repair

Recently, we was hit with a wild storm 'round about 8:30 pm. We called up them folks at All Star Roofing that evenin' and by the next mornin', they had sent someone over to our home. This man named Rick, he was as friendly as a peach cobbler on a summer day, and he sure knew his stuff. He told us 'bout the damage and admitted that we didn't have enough busted shingles to justify a whole new roof. We sure did appreciate the honesty 'cause it'd be mighty easy for them to try and upsell us. So, we got All Star Roofing to replace them damaged shingles, and they did it nice 'n quick with a polite technician. We sure do appreciate the integrity of All Star Roofing and the quality of them employees who worked on our project. Y'all did a mighty fine job!

My roof experienced extensive hail and wind damage. This was extremely stressful for my family and I until Rick from Allstar showed up and talked me through my options. No other company offered me a better price and no one was more accommodating to my situation than Rick at Allstar. They came out that week. All of my questions/concerns were answered and they helped me get everything sorted out in less than a month. The roof install was seamless! Entire roof was torn off and replaced in one day! Rick was available every step of the way. Replacing a roof can be a huge life stresser, but not if you go with Allstar Roofing.

Do NOT hire this company. I was initially told we had a 1 year warranty on our roof repair from a leak this company did. I began having issues from the SAME spot- after I called them back for an inspection they told me they weren’t sure where the leak was coming from and gave me a quote for $3k for more repairs even though they “weren’t sure”. They also said the 1 year warranty only applies to new roofs, that my warranty is actually only 6 months or the The first rain. How do you know if a leak is truly fixed until after a “first rain”?!!! Immediately after calling another roofing company it was confirmed immediately that it was the SAME spot because it was not repaired properly. Not only did allstar use the wrong material but I was told the weatherproofing was only laid 1 foot wide when it should of a minimum of 6 foot wide. I was charged $2k for about $30 worth of material according to the new company. The new company had to replace the now rotten wood and replace all of the water proof barrier. I had to pay an additional $2k to the new company and I now will also have to have my interior dry wall replaced due to the damage. The new company was also flabbergasted by Allstar’s lack of warranty and lack there of attempt to fix my leak. I tried to reach out to the company twice to speak with the manager about this matter but I’ve never received a call back. Attached is a photo of the “leak area” Allstar supposedly fixed after the new company removed my roof tiles.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
