I can't say enough good things about AM.ON Roofing. We hired them first to redo our roof. They worked well with our insurance company to ensure they could cover it, were on time, and installed our roof ahead of schedule.We hired them again to remodel a 70-year-old kitchen and turn it into the kitchen of our dreams. They listened to all the details we wanted - from custom cabinets to a beautiful arch and gorgeous island, and even down to a specific water line we needed for our coffee machine.Omar was always professional, responsive, kind, and courteous. His crew, Frank, Tony, and the team, were professional and very talented at their craft. Above all, they were ahead of schedule again! A year or two ago, we had our front entry way widened and a new door installed. We initially received a quote and decided to proceed with the project. It took a couple of months for the door to arrive, then another month or two for AM.ON to schedule us in. The day before installation, I received a call from AM.ON informing me they "messed up" on the quote and the quote was actually going to be nearly double the original estimate. The original quote was not in writing (if I recall). I wasn't happy but I had already planned for this to happen and had to acquiesce. The stucco work was excellent and they managed to match the texture well. The framing, electrical, and door install was good. The interior work was only okay. The wall texture did not match with the existing texture very well and there was shrinkage in the caulking around the door. This project took about one and a half days.

From the very beginning, Omar was great to work with. He answered my call immediately and came out to the house the next day. He knew exactly what was causing the roof leak. Another roofer had come out before and could not figure out why our roof was leaking. Omar took pictures so that he could explain to us what the roof problem was. His crew was at our house early everyday and made sure that they cleaned up afterwards. Hardly knew they were there. Very easy to work with. Because we had had a long history of leaking in one area, Omar came early on a Saturday morning to perform a water test to confirm that the leak had been repaired. We highly recommend Am.On Roofing. There aren't enough words to describe this company, but to hire them if you need work done on your house. Omar is an honest, hardworking individual, who takes pride in his company. He will take the time to sit down with you and make sure everything is not only explained in detailed, but will also make everything go a lot easier with the insurance. Not only that, but his company is licensed, bonded and insured. Once work starts, his workers are professional, are extremely on time, and are clean. So very impressed with AM.ON Roofing company, Andres and Omar are always ON the job. I am considered out of area, as my location is 100 miles away from El Paso. I called 15 different roofing companies, and Omar didn't hesitate when he answered my phone call, whereas other companies either didn't answer, wouldn't call me back, and/or asked for paperwork but never reached out again. AM.ON Roofing did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. They were prompt and respectful. They scheduled an inspection as quickly as possible, and since my roof was considered an "emergency" due to the existing roof being laid over and open with rain in the forecast, they got me on the schedule extremely quickly. They went straight to work, and even went above and beyond with their roofing installation procedures and materials. The owners and their crew have immeasurable years of roofing experience. AM.ON Roofing and Remodeling is an excellent choice for a flat roof replacement and water damage repair inside your house. Business partners, Omar and Andy, are onsite directing the critical phases of the installation. They noticed an inferior design on the water scuppers and replaced them with a larger opening to allow maximum drainage at no cost to me. Material used were of optimal quality from the SBS membrane sheets to the Elastomeric roof cement and finishing up with aluminum roof coating. Cleanup was preformed daily and they were in constant communication with me during the entire installation.The water damage in my bedroom was repaired without any indication of patch work. Omar's suggestion to texture the entire wall and ceiling was ideal in hiding the patching and blending in with the texture and paint from the non-damaged walls.I had acquired several quotes from roofing companies and AM.ON Roofing and Remodeling was comparable in price, they do not overcharge.In closing, I followed the City Inspector during the final inspection and he kept complimenting the workmanship as to how it adhered to City code compliance. It's worth reiterating that they were willing to do repairs. Many roofing companies in El Paso have far less integrity and will only do roof replacement, even when it's unnecessary.

We called around to several different companies to get a quote for stucco patching/house painting and some interior work. One company was able to schedule an onsite quote for two weeks out then tried to call off on the day of. When I called AM On roofing, Homar happened to be in the area and was able to come out same day for an estimate. We ended up going with his quote. He gave us a 2 week timeline and completed the job right at the two week mark. They did an excellent job on both the exterior and interior. They take pride in their work and treat it as if they were working on their own house. We highly recommend them.
