Hector and his team did an admirable job remodeling my house. House needed lots of updating and Hector did not disappoint. Hector was patient and worked with us on things that we felt needed more attention. He was also very responsive and they did all the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Hector and his crew for any remodeling needs. I usually hate dealing with contractors since many of them are shady, but Hector is the real deal. You won't be disappointed.

I called on 2/27/23 and spoke to Monique to have someone come and look at my roof as it had sustained damage from the winds. She told me she could have someone come out on Wednesday 3/1/23 in the afternoon between 4pm-6pm and that I would get a call 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. I took time off from work to be home between those hours and nobody showed up. I called 5 times and nobody answered. I know you all are busy right now with a lot of roofs being damaged, but it does not take a lot to do a courtesy call or even text to let the person know you won't make it. As of right now, I still haven't received a call to apologize for the no show. Glad I'm taking my business elsewhere.

The team HG sent to repair my roof was very professional, courteous, and did impeccable work on a complicated roof repair inside my house and out. All in a couple of days. Great clean up too! They also re-roofed my 40 ft back patio with updated materials. Very happy with work and price--since insurance didn't cover. Highly recommend.

Repaired a leaky section of my roof after another "contractor" had already patched it 4 times. Hector gave a fair price and his crew took care of it quick. No Problems even after several summer rains. I also hired him to remodel my mother's bathroom. The quality of work was excellent and the bathroom looked better than ever.

Not a very professional company. Called them many times. They answered only 3 times on different days, and out of those 3 times they said they will call me back to schedule a time. Not once did they return the call. Very irresponsible for an actual roofing company. If that is their service for new customers, do not want to see how they treat current customers.

It was really a great experience to working with HG Contractors Inc. Adame and his team are top notch! He helped me with insurance process from filing claim to meeting insurance adjuster and filling paperwork with insurance. It was really too easy to work for me and I don’t sure I was able to do it myself without the help from Adame and his team. He made the paper work too easy for me and workmanship were also perfect compared to roofs getting done in theneighborhood. Definitely, recommend hg contractors.

Better experience this time getting a roof glad for second hail storm I was able to get a company who did as stated and educated me as well on my roof installation and products definitely recommend this company very professional from all aspects of a company. Attempted to get service from them by submitting my information online and I didn't receive an email. I decided to call them and they told me they did not receive my online requisition. I then proceeded to asking them for an appointment and the lady said someone would call me back. Did not receive a call! I decide to try one last time and spoke to a representative online. They got my information and said someone would contact me. I am still waiting for someone to call me. I moved on and gave my business to someone else.
