I had an excellent experience with Red Eagle. The owner of the company was prompt and very accommodating, picking up first deposit at my work place, delivering contract of expected work and then finishing on time with his crew in one day as he had promised. He met me at my workplace again for last of payment and completed contract for my new roof warranties. He is quick to respond via text and is true to his word along the way. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I purchased my home about 2 years ago. And started my roof repair claim with my insurance company around October 2022. It took me 6 months of going back and forth with different roofing companies (about 15 total) to find not only the best price, but a good quality, reliable roofing company. I wanted someone I could trust, but continue to use, as well as recommend to family and friends. Not only was the process exhausting, (took me longer to find a reliable roofing company than to close on my house!!) but truly disappointing with some of the roofing companies that I interacted with. I could sit here and write a novel about the horrendous process and experience with these roofing companies. Let's just say they either tried to rob me blind, or just didn't even bother to call back.I finally caved and went to Facebook for help. Asked my friends for recommendations on a roofing company. Had two friends recommend Jose at Red Eagle Roofing. By this time, I was just annoyed and disappointed with the entire process that, truthfully, I was a bit of a jerk to Jose. But he was so extremely patient and understanding. He allowed me to express my frustrations. He responded to every single question. He provided proper documentation and timelines. I appreciate the great work that he did with the roof replacement. But what was most important for me was the reliability and that he kept true to his word! That is worth its weight in gold. He understood my extremely busy work from home schedule. Jose Romero was of great help.. we had looked around and, to be honest, it seemed like every roofing company was trying to take advantage of the insurance companies due to the wind storm. Joe represented Red Eagle very well, he was professional and informative , he made us feel comfortable and confident with our choice.
