The ladies and gentlemen at Roof Soultions get the job done. Jesse and Donna were a huge help throughout the entire process of getting our roof replaced as well as the side panels, even though there were numerous hiccups that were addressed and fixed during installation. Since the installation of our metal roof and side panels, we've had no issues and have been very satisfied with the work they did. The crew that worked on it were professional and attentive, as well as courteous to our property. Any issues, gripes, or concerns we had were answered or addressed to our contentment. Their warranty is OUTSTANDING, and they stand by their word obviously subject to staffing and availability. Finding contractors post Covid-19 was extremely hard, however Roof Soultions set us up earlier than any other roofing company and did their best to meet timelines. As well at a price that wasn't absurd! Although the installation did take longer than expected, and there was some mix up in communication at times, they stood by their integrity and ensured all the fabrication was correct instead of cutting corners; when we wouldn't have known the difference. My wife and I love the new look our house has and are ecstatic knowing that we can finally sleep comfortably knowing we have a very sturdy and premium product protecting our home!

I initially called and was pleased with how quickly I received a quote back in September. After receiving the quote they let me know that they work with insurances all the time and to send them a copy of the insurance inspection. After following through on my end. I hadn't heard anything for a week or two. I followed up and was told I would receive a call back. I heard nothing after another week, I called again asking for a follow up, and was told the same thing. The next time I called they said they wanted to get another copy of the insurance inspection and they would call me back or email me. I heard nothing after calling several more times with the same response. I emailed several times as well. Not a word. The last few times I called, they didn't even bother answering the phone. I don't know if they are no longer in business or if they just don't want to take on more jobs. Either way, I would have appreciated a call back as they were the only company to initially call me back. 4 months later, I gave up and found other companies to get me quotes.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Updated review: Jesse honored the warranty, (he had some personal problems thus the delay in communications before) he sent his team two more times trying to find the leak. The second time they completely re-did the section of leak and a very large area around it. I am certain that the problem is fixed as we had rain again and no leaks. I am very pleased with the work, the warranty, the service, the workers, he explanations of what happened and I love my metal roof, its the most coveted roof in my neighborhood.I had my metal roof installed 3 yesterday ago. It now leaks. They sent someone over 3 different times to attempt to fix but failed at finding leak. They didn’t test roof, and stopped answering messages and emails. If you plan to stay in your home more than a few years do not use this company as they don’t honor their warranty. Poor workmanship and poor communication.Service: Roof installation

A tad bit disappointed. Maybe it is a busy season. Our home insurance referred us to this company. We sent out request to have our roof checked. After waiting for a week, we called to reach out. On the phone, the man was quite professional and stated that he will need to check on the claim and will call us back. Another week passed, no response. I tried calling again and they said they haven't received anything but will check and call us back. We called our home insurance to check the status but to no prevail. It has been a month now. Very disappointed that we did not even receive a call.

Excellent work, quick response, very professional & great communication. Within two weeks of calling, I had an excellent roof completed at a reasonable cost. The day after my initial call, the contractor came out to the house and did a thorough inspection, including going up on the roof. We then discussed options. He explained each step and different choices. He answered questions in a way I understood, for the first time, I felt I knew the process & my choices clearly. The estimate he gave me was far less than two other companies I had come out and give me an estimate. The crew was outstanding! They worked carefully and paid close atttention to detail. Work was completed rapidly, professionally, at the amount estimated & on schedule. Finally, I am very pleased & happy to have picked Roof Solutions and Construction. You guys are the best!

I recently paid over $6K to repair my roof. They offered me a 4 year warranty but are failing to be responsive and have been fully negligent with addressing the pending issues from the original repair. I would not recommend them to anyone expecting professional service, on time responsiveness or proper repairs.Service: Roof repair

No call, no show for a 2pm appointment. Had to call 5 times to confirm someone was coming out after giving them a 2 hour grace period. Eventually, someone picked up, but they needed to call me back to figure out what was going on. Called me back claiming the inspector was stuck in traffic (for 2 hours) and would need to reschedule. I took time off from work to meet them and show them the issue. I’ll take my business elsewhere, and take more time off.

Called them set up a time for the consultation. They inspected my roof told me what the problem was and how they would fix the issue. Setup a time and date for The roofing crew to come out to our property to perform necessary repairs. The crew came out they were friendly , fast and clean. Had a pleasing experience with this roofing company and I strongly recommend giving them a call. Once again thank you to the whole crew for helping us out.

Very unsatisfied with this company! We had a gentleman come to our house on a Thursday to give us a quote for a repair, we were told that it was an easy repair and they would be here Saturday morning to fix and it should take no more than an hour. After not receiving a call I decided I would call them. After calling about 3 times someone finally answered the phone and said they would find out what was going on and would give me a call back in 5 minutes. An hour later after not hearing from them I called and called and called and continued to get their voicemail which is a joke because the mailbox was full (shows how often they check it). So I get a call back finally and was told they had a job that was running late and as soon as they finished they would be on the way and I would also receive a call to let me know they were in route. Never got a call and never had anyone show up. Very upset to say the least!UpdateThey called and apologized and made it out Monday to get the job done and took a little off of the original quote because of the inconvenience. As far as the work they did an excellent job at a great price!

First time I used their service, they did a good job. Second time they fixed my roof but left 100 lbs of shingles in my yard. Third time they gave me an estimate and time they would be out to fix it but didn't show up. Called and set another appointment but didn't show up.

I was in dire need to find someone to fix my roof due to a leak that emerged in our garage. Jesse was not only responsive, but took the time to go and see the roof the day I contacted him. He also gave me an estimate that day which explained everything that needed to be done. He also took pictures, circled, and made comments on the specific areas that needed to be fixed. The weather was still poor at the time and rather than rushing to finish the work, Jesse was honest and stated that it would be best to wait until the weather had passed to ensure the work was done correctly. Immediately, he responded with a start date that coincided with the weather. They finished the project within two days which is exactly the amount of time they said they needed. We are very happy with their services and will use them again in the future.

They were very good with providing quick quotes and scheduling a crew to come out to replace the roof. They were one of the few contractors to be easy to work with through email. They did do a pretty good job replacing the roof, they finished the job in 2 days. They did provide fair pricing as well. The issue I had with the contractor is that they damaged the existing satellite dish and bird deterrents that were installed on the roof. I was never consulted as to whether I wanted to keep those items and have tried to contact them to fix them but have yet to have them fixed.Update: I tried to work with the contractor to have them fix the issues, they kept on promising dates they would come and fix them but kept on doing nothing. The have promised three dates and have not showed up to fix the items they damaged.

I had a wonderful experience with this team ! I thought I only had a simple leak and had two other people out here to patch it. Couldnt be happier with the service! We had a leak in our roof in the middle of the night and first thing the next moring I called and someone answered unlike a few other companies. He was out a few hours later to do free inspection and had my roof repaired 2 days later with no hassles from my busy schedule! They will be my first call should I need anything else done to the roof and I will be using them to do the drywall repair as well!!!

They were the ONLY roofing company that would give me a quote. You see, I wanted to handle the negotiating with the insurance company myself from my end. And Roof Solutions was the only company that would "play ball" on those terms... HMMM I'm in construction myself, so I know something fishy when I see it! These guys are above board and completely honest in my estimation. Great roofers!

I received a phone call from them yesterday. They were going to be in my neighborhood. As soon as I told them (very politely) that "thank you very much, but I am not interested at this moment", they (actually their employee Mario) just hung up on me without saying anything.What kind of service can a company provide if they cannot even be respectful to potential customers and/or do not know proper manners.I was shocked.(I had to put in one start to be able to write my comment, but if I could have, I would have simply put no star at all).

Signed a contract over a month ago and I'm still waiting for them to start on the agreed work. No calls to follow up with status. When I call I get the same answer: waiting on material to arrive. I was told it was supposed to arrive within two weeks and it's been over 5 weeks. I choose them over several roofing companies as they had high google ratings but It seems like I made a mistake.
