Please avoid this company at all cost. My roof got replaced by them and a few months later we got the first rain storm where water came into my home. I called, emailed texted without a response. They are horrible. Please avoid them and you will save your self a massive hedache.

After years of having several buildings serviced by All star, they have continued to do a phenomenal job and maintain our costs much lower than we had experienced in the past. No other contractor has ever provided the level of customer service or assistance as All Star has provided. They have handle numerous insurance claims for us, and step in when the insurance companies have attempted to bully us around. We have had some bad experiences in the past but the crew with Roofing Construction was nothing like what we have seen. They took the time to explain what was being done and since we were about to close on the sale of our house, they made sure the job was done quickly and efficiently.

I would give no stars if possible. They charged an insane amount to my insurance company, they said it would only take a couple days and it took over a week, the workers were messy and inconsiderate of the area around our house. Our roof needed replacing but was not at the point of leaking. When we had the first rain after they replaced our roof we had leaks so bad that we had water bubbles forming in the paint on our inside walls from where all the water was gathering. It was even linking from our skylights. I cannot believe to this day how bad their work is and that they are still in business. Trust me go elsewhere to save yourself a huge massive headache!!!

Worst job ever. They did not finish the job. I gave them money which I shouldn't have done until the job was done. they left nails just sitting on the roof. they never cleaned up after themselves, they left their garbage behind my shed. Eddie the manager came out and basically said it was me not them. With one sweep with a magnet he picked up at least 30-40 nails. The job was done Nov.21st and this is Feb.8th of 2016. I felt they were just taking advantage of this widow. He said they would come out and finish the job around Christmas time but no one has showed up at all to fix it.

From start to finish Allstar did a stellar job! Sales rep showed up on time and was professional. Crew did a great job on roof and construction items and finished on schedule. The price was fair for the caliber of service . I am well satisfied!!

This company never came on time! The supervisor told workers to use the color we wanted on the front and a different color in the back where we couldn't see. They also did not remove old shingles in the back. Very disappointing!!! We have had continued leaking. I called them they came 5 times and it still leaking. They replaced Sheetrock in living room now it's stained again. Now needs to be replaced again. They said they will wait til it rains again to "see" where it is leaking. That is insane.

Allstar did a fantastic job on our roof, Very happy we went with them. They fought for my claim with our insurance, and filled me in on everything that was going on. Will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I highly recommend you call All-star for a Free estimate. Two of the people I recommended state they got the job done right and on time as well!!!

This company is nothing but a bunch of criminals. Their work is mediocre and incomplete and then turn around and demand payment for work that was not performed. Their invoices do NOT include anything except for a total amount due and when you question the invoice or request an itemized version, the roofer starts throwing around words like "fraud and "civil action". How can a company not itemize an invoice to show the customer exactly what work was completed so that proper payment can be made? Will be reporting this company to the BBB immediately where they already have 11 COMPLAINTS against them!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I just called the company to get a new quote on a roof and got hung up on! I am taking the time to write this post because it was very first impression of the company itself. I called a second time and she was rude. Being a receptionist, like many other service jobs, is a job where it is important to be friendly and approachable and sympathetic. You have to be able to be thick-skinned, and make it about the customer, rather than about yourself. You are the first and last face that customers see. You represent the company you work for, and your attitude directly effects the customer base and profitability of the company. Her attitude is completely inappropriate for her position, and management should be notified.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They did my roof and they use sub-contractors. They shingled over old shingles. They didnt pull up all the tar paper to see if the plywood is ok. Luckily I had someonelse doing some work at the same time and he noticed the bad wood. They left 10 sheets of bad plywood on my house that had to be replased after we found another leak. From state to finish it took almost a year to finish my roof. Insurance alotted for them to fix the repairs inside my house but they never showed up for that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE OWNER IS RICK (POS) SALES EDDIE (POS) Dont trust either of them. Both are crooks

All star installed our roof in 2012 an it leaked, every rain, documented proof. Our new insurance company inspected the roof and found improper installation of all flashings. All star refuses to honor their work.I will tell everyone I meet not to use them. Bad company.

Is it possible to give a zero star review? This is exactly what Ricardo and his businesses deserve. 0 stars. He is absolutely the worst at responding to any questions you may have. Your problems are definitely not his problems when you're deciding on who to do the job. Shows no interest in making you feel comfortable when you are trying to hire someone for such an important job. Doesn't show up to a scheduled appointment and will not return phone calls/emails. Minus all the criminal talk other reviews have posted, I would not ever recommend this unprofessional.

This company is a bunch of criminals. They took advantage of an elderly person, tore up his house and just left it like that. Do not even bother wasting your time and risking your home with these con artists. They actually do have numerous complaints and an F with BBB.
