I would certainly recommend Smith And Ramirez Roofing for friends and family. They were prompt and courteous. They cleaned up the worksite. I did not have nails all over my yard and in my grass. They did the project from start to finish in approximately three days once the insurance paperwork was complete. They were able to get a few extras added and all the damaged items replaced for my rooftop. Britney who initiated the contact for Smith and RAMIREZ did a fantastic job. She maintained communication throughout the process and often showed up to the job site just to make sure everything was in order. I know a lot of contractors in El Paso say they can do everything but very few can deliver on what they promise. Smith and RAMIREZ did just that.After the work was complete, the inspector came and evaluated what they did. In his words, “The roof is impeccable.”Many roofers may offer lower prices, but I can almost guarantee they’re taking shortcuts, over promising on what they will deliver and may not even install your roof to current city code.Happy customer,

We decided to work with the Smith & Ramirez roofing company because of the good comments on the internet. We started the process in mid-December 2023, we wanted the work to be complicated completed before December 31, unfortunately due to the holidays and rain, and bad weather, the project was delayed a few weeks, we felt the stress of seeing containers outside the house for a longer time, the roof was not finished, but at the end of the day, we understood that there are times when we just have to wait for the result. After 6 weeks, the roof was finished and it really looks incredible!! We are very satisfied with the result, Smith & Ramirez Roofing really did a very good job!! Highly recommended.

This company is totally professional... translation: they're easy to work with, they're quick, they use quality materials. My roofing job was complicated by 23 solar panels that had to be removed/replaced... Smith and Ramirez coordinated very closely with the company that handled the panels. The company is very responsive, always trying to please the customer. We've had one major downpour since the installation... no leaks! Alex Ramirez was "in charge" of my job... for being a partner in such a large company, Alex is one of the smartest and kindest people I've met. He always took the time to check with us and the job. If you want the job done right, hire Smith and Ramirez Roofing. PS... I have no ties to this company other than hiring them to reroof the house and repair the soffits and facia. This is a great company...I'm very happy with my choice!

I was very impressed that my first contact was a women and she knew her job well, she was reviewing the job and making considerations on what would be needed to do the job. The work started and in four days the roof was completed and the yard was cleaned as well. They did great work!

10 years ago Smith and Ramirez put on a new roof for us. I noticed their work in the neighborhood and was impressed. The roof is still in good condition despite our strong winds. Let the pictures speak. Extremely unprofessional in every sense of the word. Was nothing but a major headache project lasted almost 2 1/2 months when they told me it would take 10 days and then they did this to my home and then denied it was them. I had to fight them tooth and nail, and finally got a little self help. I am not one to complain and give very few reviews, but I made the exception to help any others from being in this situation. There are so many better options you have if you need a roof, go there, save yourself from all the hassle from this extremely unprofessional company. Smith & Ramirez, came out to replace our existing roof. The roof turned out more beautiful than what I imagined it. They put roof ridges, roof hips and roof valleys. This allowed to vent out the hot air from both our attic’s and in turn allowed our home to be more energy efficient. We’ve received so many compliments on how our roof looks, it was a transformation. When the job was finished they left our property very clean. For peace of mind we also got the golden warranty. Admittedly, we were apprehensive given past bad experiences with other service providers. We were pleasantly surprised, however, by the punctuality, professionalism, and patience of Armando, Alex and the whole Smith & Ramirez team! Multiple consultations were held to ensure we had a full and complete understanding of everything entailed in the process prior to beginning. Though we had myriad questions throughout, Alex and Armando were always patient and eager to help. The crew were punctual and cleaned up at the end of every day, including a thorough search and collection of all stray nails that had fallen. Alex and Armando also provided copious photos of each stage of the process and helped coordinate insurance claims. Beyond impressed with Alex and team. My wife and I are new to the El Paso are moving from Georgia.
