I recently hired Randy and his team to remodel a home that I had recently purchased. It was definitely a fixer upper. Had I not had RN Home Improvements and Repair as a partner on this project, I am not sure I would have taken it on. Thankfully I had a great team to lean on for the remodel. Having worked with RN Home Improvements and Repair in the past, I knew I would be working with a dream team to bring the home back to life. Randy, and his team, did a great job transforming our 1971 ranch style home, into a beautiful new updated home. He paid attention to detail, and fixed things that happen to come up, that we weren’t aware of. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. He kept in touch with anything that came up, and was quick to fix it, and make it right. Overall the final transformation was better than we could’ve hoped for. We definitely recommend him, and will give him a call in the future, if he’s needed.

I called a few days ago and they refused to come out and give me an estimate and wanted to do it over the phone. How are you going to give an estimate without seeing the house? Do you guys not want my money? Don't waste your time with these guys. They're a bunch of scammers.Response to the owner: I do NOT have a trailer house. I specifically stated that I had a 2500 square foot home. My house is appraised at $375,000. You are too lazy to come give an estimate. You wanted to do it over the phone. I advise everyone to take their business elsewhere because they obviously don't want it.

I had a family home that was in need of remodeling and TLC. Before selecting RNHI for my project (including new flooring, painting, a kitchen and two bathrooms), I met with several companies and I have to say that my first impression of Randy and his team is that the level of professionalism, attention to detail and customer service was top shelf and far above any other company I spoke with. There was just no comparison. I was definitely on point with my initial assessment. During my entire project, RNHI was committed to delivering the highest quality, on time and on budget. Randy kept me informed about every detail, every step of the way. Not only that, but he was also very strategic. If he saw something that I could do to enhance what I was already doing, he made recommendations. Similarly, he was upfront with me if he felt something I wanted to do was not the best use of my budget dollars. At the end of the day, he helped me create a smart plan that would deliver long term value. With a wide range of companies to choose from, it's not always that you can find a company that you can trust - one that puts delivering a high level of quality and customer experience at the top of the list. At the beginning of my project I was hoping to find an A-List company that prides themselves on their work. Thankfully, I did. Prepared an upfront quote with full explanation of repair/remodel. Suggested options for remodel, provided ongoing project updates, and goes the extra mile to ensure quality workmanship. Job was completed on time and in budget!! Bathroom is beautiful...very pleased customer.

Randy and his team removed and replaced the rotted wood on my house chimney recently, following by caulking and painting. I selected RNHI based upon Randy's knowledge during the quotation phase. Once selected, his team worked through a hot August day to complete the effort. The chimney went from one of the worst looking chimneys to one the better looking chimneys in the housing development.
