Better hope you don't have a problem! Three weeks ago I would've given them four stars, now my two seems two too many. We had Creative Quality Construction put in our backyard patio, fire pit and pergola. There were a few hiccups throughout the process but everything turned out nice until we used the fire pit. An hour into our first fire of the fall and the pit had cracked. We've talked to out-of-state relatives familiar with concrete and all agreed, non-fire resistant mortar was likely used. I called the lead contractor for our job and got no answer. I texted and got no answer. I emailed three different email addresses and have not heard back. We have called a dozen times more in the three weeks since and still no answer. After reading prior reviews it looks like this is the norm, and we're left with a broken investment. At this point we're wondering if the company is still in business, and no longer want it fixed, just our money returned for the pit!

I hired Creative Quality Construction to rebuild our kitchen, and before they arrived, I had heard a lot of horror stories about the chaos that can result from remodeling a kitchen while you are still living in the home. However, I can honestly say that working with these professionals has been a positive experience overall. There was a lot of construction, but they did an excellent job cleaning everything up and making it so that we could continue to live in the house while they worked.Service: General construction

Absolutely avoid this company. Against my better judgement, I made a deposit with this company for a concrete porch project for my house. The agreement was to pay half upfront as the deposit and the other half once the project was completed. When I paid the deposit, I was informed they were about “10 days out”…. That was 11 months ago. I have tried to be patient and genuinely try to see the good in people… but these people are crooks at the end of the day. They have no problem lying straight to your face. I can’t even count the number of times they acted concerned that the crew didn’t show up to my house as scheduled or promised me they would have a crew at my house first thing the next morning. Honestly…. Just straight up lies. This was my first big home renovation and I definitely learned my lesson with paying someone before the work is completed. Avoid this company.Service: Remodeling

I suggest you avoid this contractor. When I hired them, they went out of their way to talk about how customer satisfaction is their big thing but it turns out, not so much.They installed a polycarbonate covering for my pergola late last year. A few month later, it started coming apart. I tried calling them, putting messages on their web site, emailing them for two months. Didn't get a response until I threatened to write a negative review.They explained that perhaps they weren't getting the message because their sales guy that I had worked with had died in a motorcycle accident. And while this is very unfortunate, it is a big Nope since none of my messages were to that sales guy and all of them were on the main contact numbers. So they are hiding behind a dead co-working for their failings.Then they tell me that they will make time to come out. Weeks go by. Don't return messages again. Threaten to post this again, they said will make time to come out. I ask when. No response and still waiting.A contractor that doesn't stand behind their work is useless. I understand that contractors are busy these days but I could have worked with almost any date but they can't be bother to even look at what they need to do. Meanwhile what probably was a minor repair is getting worse and likely more expensive. I don't know if materials are still salvageable. Which, by the way, they never left the warranty papers for as they were supposed to when done originally but they didn't follow up on that.So, shoddy work. Complete lack of follow up. Doesn't return phone calls, e-mail, etc. not what I'm looking for in a contractor and I suggest you look elsewhere as well.I'll post an update if they every follow through before I find a new contractor.

These guys are Amazing!!! They can take a old room and modernize it in a matter of hours to days depending on how much you want done.Pergolas always come out so beautiful. Anything you want they can do!!!All the guys are friendly and professional. You never have to worry about bad service here. Because Andrew and Brian only send out there best teams to do the job!

Avoid these crooks at all cost! I hired this unethical company to build stairs, back porch and porch cover. They finished the stairs and porch but never returned to finish patio cover! I did make the mistake of paying them before they finished, which was $300 more than their quote but felt confident they would return. I called Rey(the Forman) when they didn't show at scheduled time and he assured me they would be back the next day but never showed. This went on for another 3 weeks until Ray quit answering my phone calls and texts! These people are just plain crooks! Rey will lie right to your face! Avoid!!!
