Besides being punctual, friendly and extremely knowledge about his products and the process, he went above and beyond - he came out within an hour of my call and helped me bag up sopping insulation! If you need a new roof in the North Texas area, I highly recommend Phil The Roofer! I contacted 3 companies and this company offered us the most bang for our bucks. All we were responsible for was our deductible. He stretched every dollar and we were also able to get upgrades on our roof (rapid ridge and ridge vents) our chimney completely rebuilt (it was rotted bad) a standing seam chimney cap, 2 solar screens, and new upgraded 6” gutters! Phil the Roofer, Josh and his craftsmen team replaced our hail damaged roof. Phil has a great eye for detail and made sure our roof stood out with the competition and our neighbors by adding up grades to include rapid ridge, larger gutters, up graded sky lights, and an awesome painted chimney cap as standards within his quote. Phil further assisted by covering cost of painting front doors to match gutters. He also covered interior nail pops that occurred during install. I asked to add another rain gutter on the back porch and Phil was kind enough to get us a copper rain chain at his cost. Once on-site they recognized our project would look far better if we added cedar planks, we agreed and when done, it all turned out great! A+. Phil's team did a lot of work on my home. All new roof with beautiful shingles, ridge vents and custom chimney cap. Full gutter and downspout system. Complete house paint job including trim plus garage door and even staining the front door. The painters are also great craftsmen. In addition to the great painting work they did carpentry and rebuilt part of my screen porch and chimney where the wood was rotten. They replaced all the screens. They also fixed my screen door and replaced that screen to match the other new ones. Phil's guys can do anything. They do it with skill, hard work and high quality materials.They were helpful and flexible dealing with the Insurance company. I still have a couple more upgrades to make and I will be using Phil and his team for those in the near future because I don't want anyone else in charge of my home projects.Thank you to Phil, Josh and the whole team. Phil came out and inspected our roof after we noticed a small leak during an extremely heavy rainstorm.Phil could have easily said "You need a new roof" but he is an honest businessman (something not often found these days).Instead Phil spent his time and found one of our old roof box vents had a crack in it (likely from a recent hail storm). He quoted us for a new 30 foot section of ridge tiles and replacing the damaged vent to prevent the leak, for a very affordable/minimal fee.His crew showed up as scheduled and on time. They were respectful in all of the work and trash. They did a great job, did not cut any corners during the repairs. Phil came by more than once to personally check on their work during the repair and again once finished.
