I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with Accurate Roof Systems. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of commitment to customer service displayed by this company is truly disheartening.Firstly, despite multiple attempts to contact them, Accurate Roof Systems consistently failed to return my phone calls and text messages. This blatant disregard for communication left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the progress of the job. A basic expectation of any reputable business is the ability to respond to customer inquiries promptly, and sadly, this seems to be beyond the capabilities of Accurate Roof Systems.Moreover, the incomplete job is a clear reflection of their overall lack of dedication to their work. Promises were made, timelines were set, and yet, the project remains unfinished. The negligence exhibited by Accurate Roof Systems has not only wasted my time but has also resulted in unnecessary stress and inconvenience.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before engaging with Accurate Roof Systems. The combination of unresponsiveness and failure to fulfill contractual obligations demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. It is my hope that sharing this experience will serve as a warning to potential customers, urging them to seek reliable and responsible alternatives in the commercial roofing industry.

Former employee here. In the beginning things seemed on the up and up. After a few months realized that there was no rhyme or reason as to the commission structure. One job you may make a good commission, the next bigger job you make less. You never knew until the very end, after doing A LOT of leg work, that the many hours spent on an $18,000 job your cut is $500. And this wasn't the only one...And the response from ownership seemed to be "oh well." Poor communication not only to their employees but the customers as well. Major delays on installations and no communication to employee to let the customer know. If you like working on a flexible schedule, put a lot of miles on your vehicle, enjoy being the last guy to get paid (good luck trying to guess how much), and basically treated as a leper when you voice your displeasure at how little you made then this is the perfect place for you. Do yourself a favor and get a job in fast food. You'll make more and at least know you'll get paid in a timely manner.

In May 2022 we had a hail storm and it damaged the roof. I checked with insurance company and was told to get estimates from roofing companies. One of the companies I called for inspection was Accurate Roofing Systems and Madie Heffelman came out and did the inspection and informed me the roof should be replaced. I contacted the insurance company and filed the claim. then went through the insurance run around by them giving me no less than 5 different adjusters whom I had conversations with. Well to shorting this review and not go into details of the insurance company Madie came back to the house and redid the inspection for the insurance company and filed all the information and pictures with the insurance company who finial agreed to replace the roof. Well again to make this review a little shorter Madie Heffelman and Rob Cearley took care of the rest of the claim information to the insurance company and once all approved proceeded to let me know all the information and process to get started on the roof. So we looked at the type roof we might want and picked one then Madie and Rob got us on the schedule to get the roof replace. Well before the team showed up my wife had concerns about her flower beds that were up close to the house and Rob assured us they would take special care not to damage the beds and he followed through on that. Well the crew showed up a day earlier than scheduled but we were asked if that was ok and agreed it was great for us. So in one day the crew had our old roof taken off and a new one completed. No flower bed issues and they cleaned up everything great. After the hail storms that came through the Henderson area I contacted Gabe, because I had seen pictures and post of the workmanship they had done over the years..Gabe and the team did exactly what they said they would do with no BS. Michael was great at explaining the roof repair and he and Rob stayed on top of ordering supplies and organizing the work crew. Michael always let me know when the work would be done and came by often to check on work progress. He and Rob explained everything so I knew what to expect and helped me select the shingles and gutters to compliment my brick. Michael made sure I was pleased with the installation and I feel went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the outcome. The work crew was great and did a thorough cleanup!! Dida quick, efficient job of put new roof on. No heavy rain for several months, when aheavy rain happened found a leak.Called Accurate Roofing, they said I had to fill out forms on line and send photo of stain on ceiling from roof leak. Their contact has never contacted me. Called twice more they said they would assign it to someone else.(two weeks) ago still waiting.

Josef Lustig from Accurate Roofing came by and asked if he could inspect my roof and I said yes since it's an older roof. He told me there was some hail damage, so we made a claim with my current insurer, only to find out the damage had likely occurred when I was insured by a different carrier. I expected Josef to drop it at that point, but he persevered, filed with the previous carrier, and got replacement approved!They did a great job on the new roof and billed me exactly what they said. I currently have mixed feelings toward Accurate Roof Systems. We had a great experience in the beginning, but we were overcharged and can't seem to get our money back.I will start by saying Norman was really great to work with. He made things very easy for me to get started and he was always quick to drop by the house if I had questions. I am very appreciative of that!The team installed our roof in one day and it looks great. No complaints there.When it was time to pay, I questioned the amount I was paying. Someone with ARS looked into it and confirmed it was the right amount. Although I disagreed, I paid it right away. After my final payment it turns out I was right and had overpaid by at least $1,000. Mistakes happen so it wasn't really a huge deal. The check was supposed to be mailed out prior to Christmas, but we never received it. Again, mail gets lost from time to time,, so I gave the benefit of the doubt. I contacted Norman, he was working it out for me, but after 3 weeks I still didn't have a check. I was told it would be canceled and resent. I requested expedited shipping on the check and was told it would infact be expedited. It has been another 7 days and I still do not have it. I have been extremely patient and kind while waiting to get my money back, but it has now been about 34 days and it is still not here. We are becoming extremely frustrated with the customer service side of things. I always like to give the benefit of the doubt, but I wish the company would return my money with the same sense of urgency that I had when I paid them. While I originally would have recommended the company to friends and family, I now do not feel comfortable doing so with an unresolved issue like this.I will be happy to update my review once my money is returned.Service: Roof installation

He was polite and courteous at all times, professional, quick to respond to any questions we had along the way, and was careful to keep us aware of the time schedule of each step of our repair. Bret was careful to take ample pictures to submit to our insurance company. They negotiated for high-quality supplies so our investment would have longevity. Robert Whitt inspected our roof for hail damage after recent bad weather. The result showed that our roof was in need of replacing. Robert assisted us in contacting our insurance company, USAA and starting a damage claim. This was done the same day and saved me hours of trying to get this started. Robert and our USAA adjuster met a few days later and again inspected our roof. Our claim was accepted. Robert then showed us many different colors and types of shingles and explained the advantages of each type. We picked out our choice and a date for the work was set.The Accurate roofing crew arrived and began work early in the morning. We had a garden shed roof that had to be replaced also. We added a wind turbine to be installed on the shed and a extra turtle vent to be added on our house. By noon the old roof was off and by that evening the job was almost completed. The crew came back the next morning and finished the shed. They then cleaned the yard using a magnet to get all the loose nails and picking up all liter.We were very impressed with the Accurate roofing crew. The work they did was competed in a professional way. A supervisor was on site the entire time.Having to get a roof replaced on our home is a trying experience. Thanks to Robert who helped us step by step and kept us updated and informed on a daily basis.
