I would give Valley Ridge Roofing & Construction zero stars. They were hired for an expensive/large job and I am extremely disappointed with this company regarding their work quality, professionalism, and communication. After multiple attempts to reach them, I was finally able to set up a scheduled time to meet. They did not show up or honor that. They informed me that their personal life is busy with chores & kids, a disclosure I found to be lacking in professionalism. We brought in several third party roofers to inspect the work and all confirmed that there is defect in Valley Ridge Roofing's work. They did not want to honor the warranty nor wanting to even communicate with me. This has been disappointing to hear as it seems like all they care about is bringing in the profit rather than their quality of work. The only time they are willing to communicate efficiently or look in to something is when they are wanting to get paid. Profit first and quality last. I've worked with several contractors and I will NEVER recommend this company to other home owners, investors, or locals.

I had a complimentary inspection done to make sure the roof was water tight for the storm season. The representative completed their inspection and went over the damage they found that in detail. Even though there wasn’t enough damage to proceed with getting a new roof Valley Ridge will be my first call after a storm to make sure my roof is water tight or to address any storm damage.

It’s never easy having a roof replaced. Thanks to a major hail storm, our property needed not only 4 roofs to be replaced, but a trellis as well; there was quite a bit of damage.We chose to work with Valley Ridge, thanks to the first impression made by David Sanchez. He made us feel like we would be taken care of and that we could trust them.The entire Valley Ridge team went above and beyond, making sure our insurance company took care of not just the roofs, but a trellis and HVAC system that were damaged by the storm. Making sure the damaged HVAC system is replaced by our insurance company wasn’t their job, but they wanted to make sure we were left better off than we were before the storm. What company does that? Valley Ridge does!Throughout the entire process, Grace kept us up to date on the progress and continually pushed the insurance company when needed.With all of the fly-by-night roofing companies out there looking to make a quick buck, choosing a quality established company like Valley Ridge was an easy decision, and we highly recommend the entire crew.On a side note, not only did Valley Ridge’s roofing crew do an awesomejob replacing all 4 roofs, but the fencing company they used to repair the wood in our trellis and gazebo did such a great job that we’ve since hired them to replace our wrought iron fence.That’s just another sign of a qualify roofing company; they choose quality partner contracting companies to work with them and to take care of their customers.You can’t go wrong by selecting Valley Ridge!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Around five years ago, we hired them to replace our entire roof system and re-coat our metal mansards. Unfortunately, we've had numerous leaks since then, and the re-coating started peeling off in the summer of 2022. We brought in another roofer and painter who identified multiple defects in their work.We've been trying to get them to address these issues since last May, but their response has been extremely slow and unhelpful. They seem to only be prompt in communication when it's time for payment. Otherwise, they neglect your requests. I strongly advise against using this company, especially for insurance claim-related work.We're now considering reporting and filing these issues to the relevant governing authorities including further actions.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation

After finding shingles in our lawn after a stormy March and a gusty April, we decided to finally do a roof inspection. We reached out to Valley Ridge based on more than one neighbor having a positive experience (and a great looking roof)! My husband and I were fully bracing to be told that we would need a new roof. Zach, their residential sales representative, came out to do an inspection. Zach was friendly and informative. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. And after walking our roof (no drone), he reported that our roof was still in good shape with no need to replace it at this time.We have no doubt that other companies would have taken advantage of us expecting to need a new roof. Zach provided photos and took the time to point out areas to watch for. He even added a little silicon caulk around some minor areas. And all of this was a part of the free inspection!My husband and I are truly grateful for our neighbors’ recommendation and Valley Ridge’s integrity. I chose Valley Ridge Construction after watching how methodically and efficiently they worked from start to finish replacing two other hail-damaged roofs on my block, and I was not disappointed. Everyone I encountered from the office personnel to the roofers themselves were true professionals and a pleasure to deal with. They worked with my insurance company so I barely had to while keeping me informed every step of the way, and they worked with us to install a new roof deck and radiant barrier at minimal additional cost to us. When they were finished they cleaned up so well they barely left a trace. If you are looking for a roofing company, there’s no need to look any further! Valley Ridge Construction is who you need to call. They recently installed a roof for me and it is absolutely beautiful! It took only 3 days for the installation. Just ask for Spencer andhe will be with you every step of the way. They are fair and honest and the quality is excellent! Very efficient. Done in about 7 hours. Used tarps to cover all shrubs and flower beds. Have only found one piece of a shingle since job was done. I checked the Better Business Bureau and other online reviews for a roofing company & selected Valley Ridge.Miles met with me, inspected my roof, told me what he suggested & what materials would be used. He met with my insurance adjuster so that the process would run smoothly. Any time I texted or called him, he responded quickly; informed and very polite.The date was set, the roof was replaced in one day, my yard & driveway clean when they left, and I am pleased with the job done & the shingle color we selected.We also needed some interior work done and since it is Valley Ridge Roofing & Construction, they coordinated that work and let me know the date & times that work would be completed. Grace, in their office, was instrumental in that coordination and communication with me.I recommend Valley Ridge.Brenda M

Would give 6+ stars if possible. Zach came out to look into a noise we’d been hearing for a while from our roof. He called me the same day that I called the main office to schedule a visit. He was flexible and available to come as soon as the following day. When he came out he and his partner did a thorough inspection of our roof, at no charge! They noticed a small piece of metal that might be causing the problem, and secured it for us, again at no charge. They were honest, and didn’t try to get us to pay for things we didn’t need.We will be calling them again for any other roofing or home construction we have.Services: Roof inspection, Roof damage repair

This company is amazing. Miles was my rep and he worked closely with the adjuster to ensure all damages to my roof and related damages were caught. He was also successful in obtaining supplemental coverage from my insurance company when additional damages were revealed after the work was started.
