Cannot recommend Jason and D&G Roof Systems more! I've had so many bad experiences with contractors and it was so refreshing to not have to worry about the work getting done in a timely and professional manner! Every day there was work being performed I would get constant updates and pictures sent (this was on a rental property and I work out of town), making sure everything was coming along as promised and that I liked the progress/how things looked. They exceeded ALL expectations! HIGHLY recommend D&G for not just roofing (they poured a partial driveway, repaired siding and painted the exterior), but anything you need with your house/backyard/patio/driveway! Five Stars isn't enough!

I worked with DG Roofing on an insurance claim for several months. We were not successful but DG was very helpful. A few month's later I went back to DG and purchased a new roof. I have called them on three occasions and each time they came out within a 24 hour period and gave me a free estimate of the work that needed to be done. The first time I called them, I had already gotten two bids from other companies. Those other companies wanted to charge me for work that didn't need to be done. From that moment, I knew I was now dealing with a company with integrity, and they were the only ones I called when I needed more work done. They show up when they say they are going to show up, which tells me they value my time. They work until the job is complete, and clean up when done. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone who might need their roof repaired. They only charge you for the work that needs to be done, so that tells me that they are interested in earning my business and not trying to rip me off like some other companies have tried to do. It is not always easy to find a company that is punctual, honest, and progressional, so when you find a company that hits all these marks, you not only rely on them, but can't wait to refer your friends to them as well. April 29 hail storm in East Fort Worth decimated our 15 year old roof - required complete replace. Esurance was pain free (albeit COVID delayed check signature process from mortgage holder) and issued $36,000+. D&G went straight to work and we now have a great new complete roof and its accessories (new gutters, air conditioning vent fans), pain-free, good after-project clean up so thank you. Pool did not have roof dropping in it afterwards which is great because it is summer and we went swimming day roof finished. We have a 4,000+sf house with 20' vaulted ceilings (i.e. steep angles), and total job from start to finish was day and a half with full cleanup & magnet machines (to pick up fallen nails). Friendly team.

Larry was the consummate Professional!! He came and inspected my roof for hail damage when others balked. I guess some companies will only come out right after a hail storm...whereas our damage was done by a long past storm or storms when we were not home. He was available at all times for my questions, or would call me right back when he was busy. The work was Timely and Professional! Great company!

I own several properties and I would not consider anyone other than D&G. Larry explained to me long ago why it is not ok to "waive" deductibles and showed me what he could do to work within the estimate to help reduce my out of pocket expense, legally. I had been encouraged by others to look for a cheaper roofer or one who would not collect a deductible. Fraud was not an option for me. Thank you Larry and D&G.
