As an employee at Lei, I LOVE this company, and I mean every word. The environment in our office is amazing. We really are one big family. They don’t discriminate against anything. I started the company at 17 with green and black hair, facial piercings, and too many tattoos to count. Everyone lifts each other up and supports each other. I am so honored that these amazing people have welcomed me so openly. Ben and Brittney are the best duo I have ever had the honor of working under. They have helped me out professionally and personally more than they will ever know. I genuinely love every single person I work with. Even employees from other offices are part of the family. We had the pleasure of Liz and Arin coming down to help us out the past couple weeks. They may not be from our home office, but they are definitely apart of the family. I can’t wait to see all of our improvements and growth in the future. I can’t wait to watch our family grow and all of the memories that will come along with 💜 . I love you all so much!!!!

We bought a house with aluminum windows at the beginning of 2022 and quickly realized how much heat they were letting in. A couple representatives from LEI knocked on our door and after meeting with one of their sales reps, Shane, we knew this is who we wanted replacing our windows! The whole process was easy and we were kept in the loop each step of the way. Our windows were made and installed quicker than we could have hoped for (less than 2 months total!) and the installation team was wonderful. The windows are beautiful, keeping our home cool, and we can easily open them (not the case with the old ones!). We are so happy with the windows and would highly recommend LEI!

I was very happy with Brittney when she came and gave us the quote for my windows. She was very patient, helpful, friendly, gave us great examples and showed us how the window works with the sample she brought in. I appreciate her for everything she did to help us with this decision in picking the windows.

We just had all the windows in our house replaced and it was a great experience working with LEI. This is a home improvement we put off for a long time because it’s such a big expense, but we finally decided to do it. The communication during the process of our windows being made was great, and everyone we worked with throughout the process was very helpful. Once the windows were made scheduling to have them installed was quick and easy. It took 2.5 for the whole job to be complete, but they made it as painless as possible. The installers cleaned up after themselves every day and were so polite. Since the install we have noticed a HUGE change in the temperature in our house. It used to be at lease 15 degrees warmer upstairs and now every room feels the same. I can’t wait to see the difference on our electric bill! Windows aren’t something we want to spend money on, but good windows are worth it. I would highly recommend LEI!Services: Home renovations, Installation

Edit: Had to change my review to one star for deceitful practices unfortunately. The finance option was explained to us when we signed to have the work done. Just found out it does not work the way it was explained. Ended up costing over $1500 more because of this. We would have waited to have the work done had this been explained to us.We had our windows replaced with LEI. Shane gave us a clear timeline that was delivered on. The installation was quick and painless. We noticed a difference immediately with the noise reduction and the temperature being not as effected by the outside temperature. Highly recommend these windows for anyone looking to replace their old ones.

LEI installed Revelation Elite Series (fusion-welded) windows. They had great service. The installers even cleaned up tree debris from a storm. Great price. It keeps things quite in the house. Can't hear road noise or other outside noise pollution. Superior energency efficiency. I love the safety features like the dual vent stops. I highly recommend them if you are looking to replace your windows.

We just had our windows installed by LEI Home Enhancements. I was really impressed by the installers early arrival and they treated us like their only customer. With all the building supplies being slow to get to builders, I was surprised when our windows were ready for installation in relatively a short time. We hired Lei to install all 15 windows in the house. We thought they offered a pretty good deal. It took several weeks to have tem made but the double paned windows arrived at the promised time. Installers were professional, polite and hard working, they did the entire job in just 1 day. The windows look great. We are happy with the purchase. Shane did a great job of taking us through the details of finishing up the window project we started a couple of years ago. LEI kept their promise to give us the same price that we paid for the first windows in 2020. These windows changed our drafty kitchen, living room, and dining room into cool and cozy rooms that stay the temperature that you want them to be. I just had my windows and siding installed today. They are amazing. The sales person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The price was great, and the quality is great. The installation process was seamless. They were nice and made sure they laid tarps and cleaned up any mess. I would and will definitely recommend LEI Home Enhancements.

They have their employees sign a paper ensuring the training bonus will be paid if the training weeks are completed. Although they don't have a set way of paying that if you decide to quit after completing the 2 weeks. They are also extremely unproffessional with new employees and train very harshly. They boast their dress code but bash the employees when any skin is showing just a bit. This is the absolute worse, unethical, straight from hell company I've ever worked for and will never work under again. I'd like to start by saying thank you to LEI's Hurst office. Ben and his staff are wonderful to work with. We've been needing new windows and after numerous attempts at getting people to come out and quote us, heck two companies came, measured, complained we had a lot of windows and never got back with us for a quote, LEI did the opposite. They came out and gave us a same day quote, within the same week! The making of the windows did take a bit but the wait was totally worth it. I am in love with my new windows and have already noticed a change in my electric bill and the amount of outside noise we actually hear inside. They have also given my home a nice little face lift!! Thank you for your service and hard work!!
