Our roof was installed in a timely manner, and they kept the work area very clean. I would highly recommend this company. I have to say it was a little weird having such a big job done and only having communication over the phone and email. It all worked out and the communication was great the whole time. We just had a stone-coated steel roof (hurricane shake) installed. Michael explained the entire process, checked in daily, and promptly replied to every phone call or text. The crew was on time, professional and worked really hard from sun up to sun down. They also thoroughly cleaned up after each day. Christopher was amazing when we contacted MRE, we had one draw back the color wasn't available at the time we talked. We waited 3 months to get the color that we preferred and wanted. The wait was truly worth it. We did have a problem with delivery of the materials but the roofing installers were there on time for the installation and did an amazing job. We did have rain delays due to storms in our area but they "got 'er done" in two long days. The installation team was very professional and informative to us and the finished job is beautiful. MRE are amazing and Top notch, I'd use them again if I had another roof.Service: Roof installation
