Had Patrick’s put to replace my roof in the Park Glenn area. Fairly complex roof.Patrick’s price was very competitive. His team including his salesperson were genuine, kind, and courteous.They kept me informed. The price didn’t change. They did a phenomenal job.I cannot recommend them enough. The owner was on site multiple times each day (two day job due to complexity). He would check in with me give me updates inform me on conditions, etc. He was never pushy. Never tried to upsell me. He seemed to want to make sure I was happy and confident in the work.

Patrick's roofing was the mid-priced quote of the several that I solicited. The quality of the CertainTeed product that they used and their 25-year track record without complaints in the better Business bureau sold me on their company. The crew was professional, thorough, and fast. They did a fantastic job roofing my house and the cleanup was amazing. The owner, Patrick, did inspection of my attic to avoid problems, checked in with me several times during the project, and did a walk around of the house and yard after the crew left to make sure they hadn't missed anything. Great company, great work!

April 2017 we had a series of hail storms come through the Little Elm area. My roof needed replacing so I called Patrick's Roofing based on my friend's excellent recommendation.Before calling Patrick I had 3 roofing companies all trying to get me to hire them. All of them were very high pressure and doing all of the things I've been told to avoid. Mainly they were asking to see my insurance paperwork, asking what my deductible was, and they were telling me to hire them because they were "locals".I could tell Patrick right away would be a pleasure to deal with. He was always professional and courteous. Phone calls and text messages were responded to promptly. I really liked how Patrick would say, "If I'm lucky enough to earn your business...". That made me feel really good about Patrick and how he runs his business. I needed a new roof and he knows he had to earn my business.The entire process was very straight forward and pleasant. Patrick does a great job explaining the different types of shingles available and the benefits of upgrading. His roofs have a 5 year leak proof guarantee. After explaining to me his process and showing the material he uses, I can see why he faithfully guarantees his work for 5 years.On install day, Patrick discovered the shingles that had been delivered were the wrong color. Patrick apologized for the very rare mistake and did his best to make it right. Within 30-45 minutes his supplier dispatched another flatbed tractor trailer with the correct shingles. His crew took an early lunch while waiting for the shingles to be delivered so it wasn't really time wasted. With the minor setback they were still completed by 4:30pm. I didn't feel like Patrick's crew was rushed in order to finish even though they were delayed. They did a fantastic job and my new roof looks and performs wonderfully.Patrick's crew did a great job cleaning up after finishing. My yard was debris free and I have yet to find a nail anywhere around my house. They even used a leaf blower to clear my gutters of the shingle grit. I also have to commend them for taking down the numerous wasp nests around my house including one gigantic one under the apex.Overall I am very happy with my new roof and the entire experience. Patrick will treat you right if you give him the opportunity to earn your business.

I had been dealing with a different roofing company for over a month telling me they would get it sold to insurance. Finally I called Patrick and he came over personally and evaluated my roof. Patrick came down from the roof and said, you have an old roof and yes it needs replaced however there is no hail damage or not enough to get insurance to pay for a new roof. Patrick gave me a quote for a new roof. The price was very fair. The roofers were here 1 day and left the place better than when they got here. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I was nervous about getting a new roof, but Patrick's Roofing made the whole process easy. I had planned to get three estimates, and Patrick's was the second company I interviewed. After meeting with Chris, the estimator, I knew I didn't need to go any further. Chris took pictures of my roof and explained everything that was going on, prepared a detailed list of what needed to be done and patiently answered a lot of my insurance questions. He was kind and helpful. On the day of the job, Patrick, the owner came to the job site more than once throughout the day and was available to answer any 'questions I had. I so appreciated him. Had my roof replaced about 2 weeks ago from this company. I am very pleased of the work they performed and the care and respect they had for my house. I had a rotted deck board witch they took care of and added to 2 new roof vents and a new dryer vent. Top notch guys right here. Locally owned and operated. Best part of it all the owner looks after every job. Patrick was also patient with me about waiting for my solar company to come out and remove my solar panels. You cannot go wrong with Patrick's Roofing! If you are looking for quality construction, a great price, and excellent customer service, look no further. We have used Patrick's 3 times on multiple houses over the past 15 years and have been completely satisfied each time. After our home was damaged by storms this summer, we knew this was the company to go with. He personally checked into the job site daily (sometimes several times) and provided frequent update on the progress throughout the job. His crew made sure to cover our pool and backyard landscaping completely, so that no stray roofing materials would damage anything. They left the job site cleaner than they found it! He also personally checked our attic to make sure that no electric or AC lines were in the way. His crew was polite, worked hard, and got the roof and gutters done quickly. All work was done on time, as promised. Patrick is very straight-forward and easy to work with. He does not consider the job done until you are 100% satisfied. We highly recommend this company!

Patrick is personally involved in every phase of the job from initial inspection to final inspection once the job is complete. Patrick explained everything they were doing every step of the way and why and did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. That is a rarity nowadays.The company guarantees their work and the owner will personally come out to do whatever is needed no matter how long it takes to ensure you are taken care of and satisfied. There were no surprises cost wise, they don't hard sell or try and up sell anything. Patrick will spend the time to educate you on any and every roof shingle type available without pushing you to buy any particular one. They have been in business for almost 20 years and absolutely know what they are doing.The work crew they have is second to none. The company representative, Bill, came out and told us what we could expect from the company and laid out a timeline for the project. Patrick was out to our home the morning of the work and he kept me informed on the status of his crews progress. Patrick also gave me valuable information on attic ventilation and insulation. I contacted Patrick's Roofing after having difficulties communicating with a previous roofing company. Patrick personally came out to view the damaged roof. He provided his insights, gave me the written estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. When the crew arrived on the day of install, they introduced them self's, quickly went to work and took care not to damage a garden within the parameter of the house. I talked with several companies and Patrick's salesman was the most informative. Many wouldn't quote a price, just wanted to know what the insurance company offered. Patrick's salesman gave me prices with different grades of shingles. I chose the best and my roof looks fantastic.His crew was on time and completed the job in one day. They even made every attempt to get my satellite dish back exactly where it was. Patrick himself spent several hours at my home supervising the work. I have a question for you: can you name a roofing company from which the owner will personally drive across the DFW metroplex just to seal a roof leak on a roof that that company did not install? I can: Patrick's Roofing. Because of the materials shortage and high demand for roof repair, my scheduled roof installation with Patrick's Roofing was about two months out, subsequent to the company's and my insurance company's inspection. My roof only leaked once, but Patrick Malpass (the owner) wanted to make sure it didn't happen again before they installed my new roof.This is my third roof from Patrick's Roofing over the last seven years. And after three experiences with Patrick's Roofing, I would turn to no one else for my roof. Patrick and his crew have provided yet another masterpiece on top of my home. It not only looks great, but I know he only uses the highest quality materials and goes the extra mile to make sure it functions and provides the protection I need.I dealt with Patrick personally over the phone and with him during the roof installation. He was here for hours of the project personally overseeing the work and making sure it was done exactly as planned and agreed upon. He took the time to go into the attic to make sure there were no pipes or gas lines close to the roof decking that could be punctured. He made sure his crew combed the yard for loose nails after the job. He offered to install two additional roof vents for added ventilation. Add these things to the trip to seal the leak and you have yourself a man with a company that truly wants your 100% satisfaction. And it doesn't stop with just Patrick, the owner. We had hail damage about 2 months ago. Patrick's Roofing came out right after we called them. Their price was best of our estimates and the came out right away. They literally finished our roof in one day! Guys were professional and did an excellent job. Patrick even came onsite and oversaw the whole process himself. That's not typical these days - that level of owner involvement. He even helped us get the paperwork done for our insurance company to document the Type IV shingles we used for our yearly insurance discount. Great job to all the people at Patrick's Roofing. We had our roof done by Patrick's Roofing in Jun 2017. Everyone in my neighborhood is having their roofs replaced due to hail damage, so I have talked to many roofing companies. I called Patrick's because one of my neighbors had used him and recommended him. Patrick's quote was very reasonable and I chose him because of his reviews and Better Business Bureau ratings. Patrick personally scheduled the work with me and kept me updated on delays due to weather. On the day my roof was replaced Patrick came and explained what they would do, how long it would take, and took special care to check for AC/Water lines near my roof to make sure his crew would not hit them with nails. Patrick brought a larger crew than most of the other roofers in my neighborhood and finished my roof by 5pm. Most of the other roofers are working on houses well into the evening and some are taking two days. Once his team finished they all stopped and picked up any trash they saw. They even went to my neighbor's houses to pick up trash that had blown in to their back yards. I will definitely use Patrick's Roofing if I have any needs in the future.
