They were very nice gentleman, but they are an “approved” construction company with Travelers Insurance. They came to my house to inspect hail damage and then sent via email a “service agreement” that was actually a contract stating that I would use them for all of the repairs that they advocated for with Travelers, my insurance company. I did not like the verbiage in their “service agreement”. I reached out to Travelers and was told I did not have to use them so I did not. They were not local and I knew nothing of their reputation or quality of their work. I did know that the verbiage in the contract made me very uncomfortable and I was thankful that I did not fall for “just signing the agreement and getting it back to them so they could submit their information to my insurance company.” I would have been stuck. Again, they were very nice, but if I had not done my due diligence in reading through the agreement they sent me and reading it aloud to my husband, I feel like we could have ended up in a situation where we owed more money than our insurance company allowed. Just beware of insurance companies and any contracted vendors they recommend. In most cases your policy provides you the right to choose the contractor or repair business/service of your choice.

Victor and his crew were great to work with. Victor stayed in communication with me through the whole process. My barn needed a new roof. It has a steep pitch, making it difficult to work on. I had difficulty finding someone that was able or willing to re-shingle it. Victor came over, examined, provided an estimate and start date. He explained the type of shingle needed, due to my location it needed a heavier type shingle. His service was reasonably priced and excellent work done. Thank you so much Victor and his very courteous crew.

These people work for Chase Poe and will not adjust your property they will drag your claim out saying they are closely with your adjuster in reality are dragging your claim out out long enough to close your file .. I would definitely stay away from chase vanslyke and chase Poe with travelers insurance both are cons for travelers insurance company
